I did not receive my order. The courier EVRI did not follow my instructions on their app. Instead they left it outside and the package is missing. EVRI told me to get in touch with VB which I did and no response. Emailed them again and still no response. It's taking up too much of my time trying to get a response from both EVRI and VB and due to the incompetence of EVRI I have paid for an order that I havn't received. Will never order from VB again after this experience and would prefer never to deal with EVRI either for ignoring delivery instructions.

I just cannot understand why the customer service is so poor when the brand is so expensive and luxe.

Made a cosmetics order last week, it states "delivered" even though no one came to my door (and the Ring doorbell footage can prove this). Courier advised contacting sender, but no matter how many times I email - and I even went into the shop on Sunday, and a lovely staff member promised to involve a manager - I get no response at all.

Awful customer service, bought multiple items in the Black Friday sale and have not received. My parcel was sent with evri who had it for a week before telling me it had been damaged beyond repair and told to contact my seller. Having contacted VB Beauty multiple times with no reply. I’m now having to go through my bank to hopefully get the money I spent back so I can order stuff elsewhere. Would not recommend from a lack of customer service and choice of courier service.

My son ordered a christmas present and the website defaulted his address to the same address but a different city (Leicester). He only noticed once he paid but notified them by email immediatetly. A bot replied to say they are not responsible for the error and will not stop the item being sent to the wrong address. Disgusting!!!!

I placed my order 25-Nov, today its 6-Dec. Still not even shipped, and customer service does not respond. I have paid 150$ and I am really worried I wont get my money back. Dont know what to do and this is a lot of money to me. Scam company, I will call the authorities. This is not an acceptable way of handle a business. Never Victoria Beckham products again. Will also go to social media now, since I havent got any mail what so ever from them. Dont order from them!!!

Parcel has gone missing & have emailed several times with no response. Evri are as hopeless as VB but don't get me started on them 🙃

As with so many others my order has not arrived. Seems to be on hold with Evri. VB not responding to any emails. Not sure how as a Company they are allowed to operate like this. First and last time I will ever use them.

Nearly two weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t received my delivery. Another complaint about Evri - they have apparently received the package according to the tracking details - so where is it?! Have contacted VB customer services multiple times via email and social media, however no one responds. Luckily paid with credit card so looks like I’ll need to submit a claim if VB can’t be bothered to resolve the issue!

ordered from VB Beauty 10 days ago, they deliver through EVRI, despite contacting EVRI daily and VB customer support, EVRI can’t find the parcel and VB send generic emails such as below

During peak season, our courier partners experience much higher volumes, which can delay tracking scans and in-transit updates. Tracking may take up to 7 days etc
They can’t be contacted and as EVRI can’t find the parcel I’m left with no choice but to continue chasing EVRI and waiting for VB customer support to potentially get back to me, not what I expected and I won’t order again.

I have purchased the kajal satin liner 4 times this year. Whilst I love the product two things have disappointed me. Firstly I completed a firm to receive 15% off my second order but nonetheless the 15% was never granted at the checkout.
Secondly previously to my delivery today I have received the product in a lovely linen VB bag. Alas no such container today which is very disappointing.
I put this all down to customer after sales disregard. It sends a message of just being greedy and reducing the presentation to make mire money.
I will be looking at other brands next time.

Do NOT order from this thieving company.
No proper customer service and no phone number to call.
I have managed to claim back my money from card provider.
They also use the bottom of all delivery companies Evri.
Hardly a luxury experience.

Waste of money, bought eyeliners in Selfridges at £32 each opened & broken sharpened & kept breaking inside pencil was broken never even used it, took it back & was refused replacement or refund, never again don’t buy quality is shocking, wish id read reviews before wasting my money

I've ordered a lot of products from VB and I absolutely love everyone.
Especially my dual cleanser and the foundation drops.
You can tell it's good quality.
No problem shipping to Sweden with UPS.

Used to love this brand! It’s gone seriously downhill - no more canvas bags or even tissue paper wrapping, just shoved in a cardboard mailbag. Samples didn’t arrive. The move to Evri from Royal Mail was a MASSIVE mistake - caused so many issues, finally received replacements but without the samples of the gesture of goodwill promised by the customer service team. Per the feedback sent directly, it’s gone to bargain basement vibes. Not what the premium offering used to deliver.

Jeg elsker hendes Satin Kajal Liners. Køber dem religiøst. De er dyre men drøje i brug, og farverne er fantastiske. Og de flyder aldrig ud - man behøver stort set ikke lave touch-ups. Ikke så vild med hendes andre produkter - men de Kajal Liners, altså!! Derfor 5 ud af 5.

Placed an order - still not arrived - needed asap - might as well have waited for Black Friday discount - not a happy customer. Will think twice about ordering again.

EDIT 7/12/2025- Well it's been 1 month since I placed my order and it has not left the warehouse. Absolutely disgusting

VB needs to invest in a bigger team if she wants this venture to work, otherwise the clients will leave for a better service.

UPDATE..... 27/11/25 my parcel has not been dispatched, it shows preparing for shipment for the past 2 days.

Ordered products on 8th November - 15 days later still not received. Maybe I’ll get them soon - 3 weeks? Waiting for the second delivery to arrive as apparently first was lost by courier - again - this happened last time too. Dreadful delivery experience. Such a shame as I like the products but I won’t be ordering ever again.

I’m genuinely shocked at how poor the customer service is at Victoria Beckham Beauty. There is absolutely no way to contact the brand directly, no support, no help, nothing. My order from the 9th which was very expensive has gone missing with Evri, and Evri aren’t doing anything to resolve it.

What’s worse is the complete silence from VB Beauty. No communication, no update, no reassurance. For a brand at this price point, this level of customer care is unacceptable. I’m left without my order, without answers and without any support. Really disappointing experience.
