Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that the parcel was delivered to your selected InPost locker on 29 April. As InPost lockers allow a collection window of three days, the parcel was unfortunately returned to our warehouse after it was not collected within this timeframe.
We completely appreciate that this collection policy may not have been clear at the time. InPost would also have sent reminder notifications regarding the collection of your parcel, though we understand these can sometimes be missed.

FAULSE EXPECTATIONS
I visited the store twice in two days. The service was mediocre and very slow.
The salespeople did not show the necessary enthusiasm nor did they help me with styling tips or some ideas, as I explained to them what I was looking for.
I bought a dress because I knew exactly what I was looking for, but with the proper guidance I could have bought many more dresses… which I did not. The brand has a variety of design clothes but lacks salesmanship. The all experience was disappointed.

Slow delivery and dishonest
Slow delivery and then won't allow me to exchange for a different size, claiming that all extra smalls are allocated to other orders despite the fact that I can order extra smalls on the website. Baffling.
UPDATE. In response to their load of old nonsense below, it is a full 24 hours since I was told that the size I wanted is out of stock, and yet the website is STILL showing that it is available. Surely they can’t expect anyone to believe that their systems don’t even update overnight?!

In our many years of online shopping, this is the first time we’ve encountered a 14-day returns policy, which is not explained within the website; not that we could find.
The website is also outdated as it still references Christmas returns.
The original order shows that duplicate items were ordered in different sizes, clearly with the intention of returning the extra ones.
The return for a refund has been rejected due to being over the 14 days, however a strange exchange/credit note has been offered - very confusing.
Your overall service has been below satisfactory.

We appreciate your comments that this was not clear, and we will review how this information is presented on-site to ensure it is easier to find and understand, including removing any outdated references.
As outlined in our policy, items returned outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund; however, we do offer store credit valid for up to two months from the date of purchase as an alternative option.
