On my first visit to the store in London I wanted to look at a handbag that I liked it was not in stock at the store. The sales assistant was very helpful and took my details. She ordered the bag to be delivered at the store on a certain date which would suit me.Her name was Melisa . I went back and bought the handbag

Poor lighting for make-up area
Visited the flagship store whilst in London, to purchase a few bits of make up. The store is so incredibly dark (think Hollister back in the day) that it makes it impossible to view the shades of the make up and match to your skin tone. When I asked a young sales assistant for advice on one brow pencil colour she simply said “yes because it matches your roots”!! She allowed me to try it and, thinking it was the right shade I purchased it (a very rushed experience… “do you need a bag? Do you need a receipt?”) but now being home (in a lit room) it’s totally not the right colour so I’m now stuck with it. Hey ho.

The presentation of the product - I will always order her product direct now. She clearly cares about the consumer from the website presentation, to the delivery process and the packaging. I had one interaction with customer service - they could not have been more gracious. Please don’t lose site of this - so many luxury companies don’t care this much about their existing and prospective customers. That’s rough when we’re willing to pay more for a luxury product. Incredible service
This some of the best make up on the market in my humble opinion. The customer service is awesome. Recently bought some jewellery from VB and had an issue with it. It was refunded the minute I requested a return. All companies should offer this. It allows you to shop rather than waiting a long time for your money. If the items you return are then not in satisfactory condition you should be charged for them.
