I would not recommend VIALTO to anyone.
It was embarrassing having to constantly chase them to get the work done. The customer service was extremely poor and disappointing— our calls and messages were often ignored or not returned. They failed to understand the urgency of the situation and repeatedly left things until the last minute.
Even more concerning were the multiple mistakes made on my form. Their errors were serious enough that we completely lost confidence in their work and had to go through the form ourselves several times to identify and correct potential issues. If we were paying over £2,500 for a professional service, we should not have had to do their job for them.
We hired VIALTO to give us peace of mind and to avoid the stress and hassle of handling the process ourselves. Unfortunately, the opposite happened — the experience was extremely stressful and frustrating.
Although my ILR application was ultimately successful, I genuinely wish we had done it ourselves instead of spending £2,500+ on their fees.
For a service that is supposed to provide expertise, reliability and peace of mind, our experience was the complete opposite. Poor communication, poor attention to detail and a lack of professionalism throughout.

Incompetent, careless and financially damaging service
Vialto charged my employer for a three-year Skilled Worker visa but applied for only one year. If I hadn’t spotted and reported the error myself, it may have gone completely unnoticed while my employer was still charged for three years.
Their service is careless, extremely slow and almost completely unresponsive. Their delays also cost me more than half a month’s salary. No accountability, no urgency and no proper communication. An absolutely disgraceful service—avoid Vialto at all costs.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
AWFUL EXPERIENCE. My company used Vialto to help with my international transfer tax situation. I hired them again 2 years later to help with my Irish tax filing as a US citizen residing in Ireland. It has been 6 months since I paid for the service, my taxes are well beyond the filing date now, and I have followed up several times and only gotten non-responses from them. They claim they're having trouble with a very normal US fund situation and have continued to provide me no resolution time. Today I've taken the action to do a credit card charge back after giving them one last chance to provide the service I paid (A LOT) for. So incredibly frustrated and can't believe my company uses their services.

Slow, Unresponsive, and Unreliable — Look Elsewhere
They are very unresponsive. You have to follow up weeks to get any response to your questions for them. They give wrong timeline estimates and lengthen the whole application process unnecessarily, also recently heard of how they messed up my co-worker's application and he needed to take unpaid time off work. Please choose any other services if available.

Poor experience with accuracy, communication, and timeliness. Vialto was contracted by my employer to prepare an immigration-related legal document. The document was delivered late and contained multiple errors. The MyMobility portal was not meaningfully updated during the process, and the final document was only sent by email after management escalation. I understand they represent the employer rather than the employee, but the process still created unnecessary stress for me as the person relying on the document.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. They don't respond, forget important deadlines, and have an app that doesn't work. On top of that, the advisor is arrogant. I highly recommend using a private advisor who will actually take care of your interests

Everything went wrong! They were supposed to help me but they made my life so much more difficult... I've been working for one company for 10 years and I never raised my voice at anyone. But these people in vialto... OMG, never ever do that to your people. My transfer was Poland> England

Avoid like the plague
This service was provided for free by my company and I paid for it dearly in time and late fees from their errors and miscalculations. Use any other tax service. They managed to incorrectly file my taxes in not one but two countries. I spent at least 40-60 hours preparing documents for them to just completely ignore and then another 3 hours reviewing a 100 page tax return only to catch a glaring error that changed my tax evaluation by thousands of dollars (2 years in a row) and had to review it again. Between the calls, document prep, emails, and reviewing I could have become a CPA in the same amount of time. Also it's worth mentioning the majority of the people I worked with were not accountants and not based out of the respective country. The only thing I will say is they were generally very responsive and quick to provide inaccurate, incomplete, or useless information.
