Vialto gave my company incorrect immigration advice, which nearly cost me my right to live in the U.K. They don’t know enough about immigration policy to be trusted.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. They don't respond, forget important deadlines, and have an app that doesn't work. On top of that, the advisor is arrogant. I highly recommend using a private advisor who will actually take care of your interests

Everything went wrong! They were supposed to help me but they made my life so much more difficult... I've been working for one company for 10 years and I never raised my voice at anyone. But these people in vialto... OMG, never ever do that to your people. My transfer was Poland> England

This service was provided for free by my company and I paid for it dearly in time and late fees from their errors and miscalculations. Use any other tax service. They managed to incorrectly file my taxes in not one but two countries. I spent at least 40-60 hours preparing documents for them to just completely ignore and then another 3 hours reviewing a 100 page tax return only to catch a glaring error that changed my tax evaluation by thousands of dollars (2 years in a row) and had to review it again. Between the calls, document prep, emails, and reviewing I could have become a CPA in the same amount of time. Also it's worth mentioning the majority of the people I worked with were not accountants and not based out of the respective country. The only thing I will say is they were generally very responsive and quick to provide inaccurate, incomplete, or useless information.

The company comes across as professional and competent when you speak to someone, but in reality the service provided is poor. Basic errors made in documentation, ignorance of current relevant immigration practices, and a lack of accountability when things go wrong. I struggle to understand why major companies continue to engage this organisation, particularly as the fees are so high. I was willing to pay a fee for peace of mind, but I just ended up paying for additional stress.

I would give 0 rating if I could. Absolute a nightmare to work with. They did my taxes and green card application. Horrific. Sat on my materials for more than 6 months with no traction. Incompetent team checking my documents - missed the most fundamental immigration 101 facts. Sloppy and incompetent work throughout. Wasted my time, caused rework, and delayed my application. Even mixed my application with someone else in my company causing confidential and time sensitive information to be sent to wrong addresses. DO NOT use them if you have a choice, if that's what you are given - question everything they do and always double check and be on top of them for your stuff.

One of the worst services I have dealt with. I would not recommend anyone to use that service. I've spend 3 weeks and still they are not able to fix login issue to their portal. They keep asking me and telling me it is the final reminder to book a consultation via their mobility link portal and I sent to them multiple times that I cannot get a reset password to my email/junk/spam to login to their portal.

Mistakes in basic tax declaration. No answer for weeks.

Vialto Partners Denmark made a critical mistake in handling my researcher tax application. They failed to inform me that one required document had to be sent directly to a different authority — an omission that led to the revocation of my researcher tax scheme and triggered a long chain of unnecessary financial and administrative problems.

This was not an isolated incident. The exact same error happened to at least two other people I know of, and would have happened to a third if I hadn’t warned them. This clearly points to a systemic failure, not an individual misunderstanding.

Because of Vialto’s incorrect guidance, I was advised not to pay the tax demand that arose after the revocation — advice that resulted in my case being transferred to Gældsstyrelsen. I later made payments there, but SKAT still hasn’t reconciled them almost two years later. In the meantime, I’ve been left with unnecessary debt, stress, and countless hours spent trying to fix something that should never have gone wrong in the first place.

Their so-called help with annual tax declarations was equally poor. The process consisted of long questionnaires that only slowed things down — something you could easily have done directly on SKAT yourself. They even made a major calculation error, claiming I owed around 20,000 DKK in tax for a single month of work, which any competent accountant should have caught immediately. In general, their response times were extremely long, while deadlines were very short whenever they required information from you.

Vialto’s responses have been long and defensive, but they have never taken real responsibility or offered any kind of compensation for the financial and emotional damage caused by their repeated mistake.

In short: I would never recommend trusting Vialto Partners Denmark with researcher tax cases. Their lack of accountability and repeated procedural errors have cost me years of stress, instability, and lost money.

A complete disaster... I have never seen such a bad service in my professional career. No service, no communication, all deadlines missed, multiple errors in my tax return, no expertise as they did not know the tax convention signed between France and the UK - I had to check it by myself to correct some mistakes. Cherry on the cake, I have now paid from my pocket several thousand GBP in penalties and interests to HMRC just because of Vialto missing all deadlines. Run away if you can!!!

Just dreadful - they are at best indifferent and appear not to have any idea re international tax matters. The people preparing the returns may have well been trained in how to use a return preparation software for inputting numbersbut do not use common sense or reasoning when doing so. There is no understanding of how US tax law applies to not only international issues but even within the US and different states.
There seems to be little if any time spent ensuring accuracy of advice/ information given nor will they accept any responsibility when such advice is wrong and leads to penalties etc. they ( US tax advisors) even asked me ( their foreign client ) about how something should treated according to US tax law which I assumed was what they were being paid to consider. Noone in Vialto seems to talk to each other.

Did my tax forms for 2 countries, due to job move. Never answered nor replied to urgent mails/phone calls. Got severe tax bills, and are now trying to find out how to do it myself. Would have been easier and better to do it alone from the start. Have no basis to build on from what they did.

The worst experience I had with a law firm ever! No communication, horrible costumer service. They had my h1b case for months and whenever I ask for updates, they make it sound like I'm asking for the moon and ask me to be patient for months for tasks that could reasonably take 3 days. Eventually, I complained and my workplace which luckily was supportive, got my case transferred to another law firm that got it completed, filed and accepted in literally less than two weeks. With VialtoPartners it was nothing less than a nightmare. Save yourself money and trouble and stay away from this firm!

I had a very unpleasant experience with Vialto that was hired by my company to prepare my tax returns as an expat. The ways to describe them is utter lack of communication, poor customer service and low quality control. They made errors on my tax return, completed it late for which I had to pay late fees and were extremely dismissive to my feedback. It’s a shame that my company selected them as our vendor. If I had a choice, I’d never use their services.

Unconscionable incompetence. Most of the staff they hire have Zero background in taxes. They are extremely unresponsive and to even get a response or someone on the phone is a big challenge. If you have anything even remotely technical on your tax return, go somewhere else....trust me. It will save you time, money, and headaches. This is the worst tax prep service Ive ever encountered by a long shot.
