Great company for secure international transfers.
Its always a little daunting to transfer your inheritance or life savings to another country , but I was glad I chose EasyFX. All steps were clearly explained by James and the funds swiftly arrived, with a considerable saving compared to a classic inter-bank transfer.

Due to ill health I have not used my Easyfx account for a few weeks. I have now had it frozen so am unable to access my money, 5 phone messages and 3 emails have been ignored and the link to Whatsapp doesn't work.

We recently chose to use Easyfx for our currency exchange on the sale of our property in Spain.
Giles on the UK office explained all of our options and explained what would be best for us and was in constant contact with us throughout was a stressful time for us.
A special thank you to Karen in the Spanish office who really did go the extra mile. Our solicitor was asking for ridiculous documentation in the end Karen stepped in and sorted it all out.
We are not the most technical people but in the end it was so easy through the app and in the end we got an excellent exchange rate. Highly recommended service and thank you to all.

The Spanish office was informative, very friendly and helpful. The transfer of funds was completed quickly, efficiently and on time.
The only hick-up was the telephone system in the London office which cut you off when you answered their calls !! Must have been frustrating for them also.

What made this process great was Giles and the team, and their excellent customer service. We had a tricky apartment sale in Spain, divided between 3 of us, so it was not easy to navigate the unknown. We all had different needs. We needed to work with a trusted company to help us convert our euros to pounds. I highly recommend EasyFX, please trust the process, ask questions and be patient, even when you can not see the money in there. They know what they are doing and I felt the app was excellent, and easy to set up and navigate. Thank you.

Just been informed easy fx are closing down their travel currency card on the 31st May 2025.

All funds to be reimbursed, been a customer for several years not sure what is going on

I opened an account with easyfx for a travel cash card and did not use it as it was for emegencies only.
Recently I have received an email informing me that easyfx will be closing my account,I assume due to lack of use.
I could not log in to my account and after contact with customer support any emails i sent were barred.
This may be AI intervention.
With customer support help we have since resolved logon problems. I am now happy with EASYFX and hope that AI improves.

EasyFX is our newfound, preferred way to move assets from the US to Spain. We have used them four times in recent weeks, including for real estate purchase. EasyFX saves significantly compared to direct bank wires because Barclays' bulk buys of foreign currencies yields unbeatable exchange rates; and by avoiding large European bank fees for receiving international wires. EasyFX service is personal, courteous, and fast.

New card declined although using the supplied PIN...told to drive to an ATM to try it again (although I had been told to contact the card issuer, which I did, when the transaction was declined)...surprise suprise, still didnt work (!!) then unable to to contact Easy FX and constantly sent to voicemail...emailed but no reply...awful out of hours service and still unable to access my money
Update….subsequent call from Kelly in Customer Service who was helpful…please arrange regular out of hours support to avoid weekend stress when switchboard is closed…!

Had problems logging in yesterday (my error) the English speaking lady on the phone was amazing she just went through things slowly and with great respect. She stuck there for ages because I was hitting the wrong keys and basically doing everything wrong. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with,many thanks.

James and Kelly provided an excellent service, their communication was proactive, timely, clear and friendly in what can be a stressful time. The money was in my account within a couple of hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
