Late fee when I had paid on time every payment and I had an issue with my card and was lock and payment didn't go through was still charge a late fee when I paid 3 days later. Also high interest.

This is the best way to pay off a larger veterinary bill. It is little to no interest, and can be made W with smaller manageable amounts over time with automatic payments.

Charging excessive interest rates of 36+% should be illegal. Taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations who are trying to save their pets is heartless. Having them deal with pages of rules and regulations they could not possibly read while they are stressed and preoccupied is equally unacceptable. The people who need help the most are the ones who suffer the most by being declined or being charged 3 times the amount of the bill.

This is a great way for pet owners to make payment arrangements for unexpected expenses at the veterinary. It’s comforting knowing you can make affordable payments and provide adequate healthcare for your fur babies.

My vet informed me of this payment plan, as my husky decided to play with a porcupine, and need emergency quill removal. Scratchpay was easy and quick, my husky got the medical attention she needed. Thank you to scratchpay and the vet for helping my pet!

Extremely easy, allowed us to pay for an unexpected surgery bill for our cat and extend it out over a few months to make it manageable. We were able to pay it all before the interest kicked in and scratchpay was very up front about the potential costs and date that we had to pay it in full.

The login and payment process is easy. The updates reflecting a remaining balance is in real time. There is flexibility to make extra payments if desired. The only negative is that autopay can result in a remaining balance beyond the promotional period, so I paid manually, calculated my monthly, and used a phone reminder.

I don't like writing reviews, but it was easy

This was a life saver. It was difficult to pay my vet using this but the problem was on my vets side not Scratch. It was easy to apply for the loan and it was easy to pay off. The time line and the minimum payment were easy to work with and I was able to pay off my loan even faster then expected. Will definitely be using scratch again if needed.

We are really grateful with Scratchpay Service. They were there in one of the more difficult times for our family, the passing of our beloved dog. Having the opportunity to pay without any interest and being approved right there allowed us to grieve without worrying about anything else in that moment.
