So I almost returned this and I want to be upfront about that. When I opened it I thought something was seriously wrong. It was SO thick and the smell was not what I expected at all. I literally called them and asked if mine was bad. The girl on the phone told me no that is exactly what it is supposed to look like and that actually made me feel better because she said the fake ones are the ones that smell like nothing and pour like water. That stuck with me so I kept going. About 6 weeks later I noticed my edges were coming back and my face just looked... different. I cannot even fully explain it. Just better. I wish someone had told me that the thickness and the smell are the whole point. That means it is real. Almost sent back the best thing I have bought in years. Five months later I am still using it and I have told probably every woman at my job about it.

Vexivo and its Castor Oil is amazing and the customer service has been fantastic. Can’t fault it one bit, it’s been brilliant. Absolutely love it!

Customer Service was very very responsive. I mean quick. I placed an order and after placing it I realized it was a subscription when I only wanted a one time purchase in order to try the product for a particular usage. I needed to keep the order but cancel the subscription and Customer Service was very understanding and completed that request right away.

The castor oil pack is not 100% cotton as advertised. Very misleading!!

Yes seems like a dodgy company. They did not make it clear to my elderly mother that she was signing up to an expensive subscription. She has blocked them with the bank and hopefully managed to cancel the subscription. Hopefully that is the end of it.

Terribly sticky and with a strange smell. Overpriced. Ships from China. So hard to detect and cancel the subscription. been trying to find for months

Didn't like the product, super sticky and doesn't do anything.

Impossible to cancel this subscription, fortunately I was able to block the merchant via my bank, but Vexivo still try to take the money each month, despite contacting them.

stop sending me castor oil when i only ordered it once. your have sent it twice now but taken out 3 payments. Its rubbish anyway never felt anything so greasy in my life. Only opened one bottle..

I have asked several times to cancel the Vexivo, Organic Castor Oil. WHY do I keep keeping them. I will call the BBB and see what I can do. I have talked with my state representative. I did not ask for a subscription. CANCEL AT ONCE........

This SHADY ASS COMPANY underhandedly subscribes you to ongoing orders ...complete scam

Overall, I had a good experience. The product was exactly as described and arrived without any issues. I did reach out with a quick question and got a helpful response, which I appreciated. Things felt smooth from order to delivery. Happy with how everything turned out and would be comfortable ordering again.

The product isn’t good and I’ve noticed no changes but I can’t cancel. I’ve written three times to cancel and they keep sending this rubbish to me. I’m furious. Feels like a scam.

they will trick you into a subscription. who needs a monthly subscription of castor oil?? I cancelled the subscription but i already charged me for a second order of 5 bottles of castor oil...really really annoying...i did not consent to this. this company should be shut down.

This company keeps sending me product AND charging my card even after I have said STOP.

In my experience, I ordered two different products at two different times, expecting one-time purchases. However, I later discovered that I was automatically subscribed to a monthly delivery, and the company has been charging my bank/credit card repeatedly.

This subscription was not clearly communicated during the checkout process. Only afterward did I realize that recurring payments were being deducted from my account.

Please be extremely cautious. If a product were truly good, it wouldn’t need to be sold through hidden subscriptions. Also ask yourself how a company can justify withdrawing money from your credit card every month without explicit consent.

To me, this feels like modern-day theft.
Do not blindly trust advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms.

Learn from my experience and double-check everything before ordering.

Do not buy with this company. They only offer refunds on the first item you purchase and unsubscribing is practically impossible. They’ll just keep sending you products you don’t want.
