Terrible company, I bought 2 items and then was put onto a subscription that I hadn’t signed up for. Totally dishonest company. I will not be using them again.

I absolutely love Vexio's castor oil. I’ve tried so many products over the years, but this is one of the few that I can honestly say has made a visible difference to my skin.

My fine lines look noticeably softer, and my skin feels beautifully hydrated, smooth and nourished. I love how simple it is, too. It’s become one of those products I genuinely look forward to using every night in my bedtime routine.

I’m so impressed with the results and would absolutely recommend it.

I liked the product but I was not using as many as they were sending with the subscription so I cancelled the subscription on 7/8/26. They confirmed with a return email and asking why I was canceling. On 8/5/26 they shipped another shipment even thought I had cancelled. i even provided copies of the emails. They said they did not finish the cancellation since I did not give them a reason. After several emails they offered me 30% off and declined saying I would like to return the item and get a full refund since I had cancelled in plenty of time prior to next shipment. They later offered 50% and I declined but the went ahead and refunded 50% after about he 14th email back and forth. I contested it on my credit card. They then said they would give me full credit it I paid shipping back. No way...I cancelled the order and they shipped and fraudulently charge my credit card without my permission. They can pay to ship it back. This should not cost me anything.
Will never order from them again!

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF! Vexivo is a complete scam. I have tried to cancel the subscription I never intended to have--SEVERAL times via email and through their website. Yes the shipments keep coming monthly and I keep getting charged.

If I could give this store a ZERO score, I would! They are fraudulently sending shipments each month after purchasing only ONE of their products and sending emails for three months for them to cancel my orders and refund my credit card. They refuse to respond, yet send automated email confirmation that they received my message. They send emails with “manage subscription” button that leads to a blank page. Their product doesn’t work, and they refuse to stop shipping or refund my CC. I’m fighting this but NO ONE should have to experience this from any company let alone a company that claims to be focused on authenticity .

These days with everyone in a rush it is so great to find some that helps and does it with flair!

I have used different castor oils before and this one has been my favorite. Good quality oil and love the control of the roller ball.

I bought two bottles, as a special offer, and then within three weeks, another bottle arrived. I did not intend to sign up for an auto ship. I NEVER do auto ship on new products. I could not find anything on the site that would allow me to cancel the auto ship. I have sent an email to them. If this shows up again, with no response to my request to cancel, I'll look into my state's consumer protection laws and take whatever action is appropriate.

Ok so I almost returned this and I want to be upfront about that. When I opened it I thought something was seriously wrong. It was SO thick and the smell was not what I expected at all. I literally called them and asked if mine was bad. The girl on the phone told me no that is exactly what it is supposed to look like and that actually made me feel better because she said the fake ones are the ones that smell like nothing and pour like water. That stuck with me so I kept going. About 6 weeks later I noticed my edges were coming back and my face just looked... different. I cannot even fully explain it. Just better. I wish someone had told me that the thickness and the smell are the whole point. That means it is real. Almost sent back the best thing I have bought in years. Five months later I am still using it and I have told probably every woman at my job about it.

Started out with the castor oil, roller ball and loved it, but wanted to try the frankincense and castor oil blend also. My subscription was to receive a delivery every month, which was coming way too fast for me. Support team responded almost immediately on a Sunday no less, when I contacted them they suggested every other month delivery and switched me over to the frankincense blend, which is already on its way, and I’m so excited to try.

I purchased my original 2 bottle. Love the price and product. I did noy pay attention to when I need to get a refill. Did not change date to every 6th month. When I got my second shipping notice it was 1 month later. I now have too many for now. Customer service corrected my mistake within hours. Will get more love the product and the service. In my opinion you will not be disappointed.

Aside from the wonderful refillable rose quartz ball/castor oil bottle the support group has been phenomenal!

They auto change a one time purchase into monthly subscription and make it difficult to cancel

The roll on dispenser for the caster oil, it makes it so easy and not messy to apply, making it great to travel with. I also gifted a bottle to my daughter.
The customer service is also excellent. I highly recommend this

Order arrived faster than I expected. Packaged extremely well - very impressive! The roller applies smoothly. I’ve had others with a roller ball that is too tight so Vexivo’s was a great experience. Seems to be good oil - I’ve just been using for a few days but definitely refer to others and will reorder.
