I ordered 2 men's casual tops (Polo type shirts) from this site. The ones delivered were very different to the ones illustrated on the site. all the stitching around the sleeves and collars were not level and all wonky. The collars were all crinkled where they were stitched to the body of the shirt. The collars didn't line up properly, in that, there was a big gap between the left and right ends of the collar because the collars finished before the edge of the top of the button panel instead of half into the button panel like they should on this type of shirt.
When I tried to claim a refund or replacement and providing them with photos of the poor quality, I was told: without a photo of the delivery label they could not further my claim as I couldn't prove the shirts were from them, despite the fact I provided them with the order number.

Absolutely great online shopping for the veterans. I am supporting this local business.

Amazing purchase, but i had to mail them again since the powers adapter was missing & i got it in 3 days. Trusted and reliable service .
