They don't provide supporting documents.
I bought inventory from Assiduous for selling on Amazon. Amazon blocked my seller account due to "Unsuitable inventory" policy violation and asking for supply chain documents (LOA/invoice from Assiduous's supplier) to make sure Assiduous is a legitimate distributor. When I call Assiduous, they suggest sending email to their email address. But they are not responding to emails. It is been over 2 months now. I have sent at least 20 emails and 30 phone calls, but no luck
