Bonjour, je reçois ce sac dans les délais annoncés, il correspond exactement à la description et aux photos du site. L'indication de l'origine figure à l'intérieur. Il a été expédié de la Bulgarie, Varna - grande ville côtière. C'est une boutique avec pignon sur rue qui fait la vente par correspondance. Conclusion : il ne faut plus être septique quand on commande depuis un pays de l'Est.
Je suis ravie de mon achat et si l'occasion se présente je ne manquerai pas de m'acheter un autre.

la fermeture éclair de certains sacs est beaucoup trop longue ce qui fait vraiment pas très élégant pour ces sacs Je suis obligée de les emmener chez le bourrelier afin qu'il me les raccourcisse et comme j'ai acheté les 2 mêmes sacs je vais payer 2 fois pour la fermeture éclair je ne suis pas trop contente car tout ça s'ajoute au coût des 2 sacs achetés. Je voulais renouveler mon achat pour 3 autres personnes mais aujourd'hui j'hésite encore Et enfin le fameux sac de protection n'est pas du tout en tissus mais fait vraiment camelote. Mieux vaut ne rien mettre que du papier !!!! J'espère que vous prendrez acte de tout ceci Je ne suis pas très très contente de mes 2 achats quant à la finition

Sac reçu avec écriture à l'encre à l'intérieur pour un prix de 71 €.Ma banque m'a rembourser et à bloqué ce marchand,une nouvelle carte à été créé.Il n'y a qu'un Vera Italy et je suis bien rentrée en contact au sujet des données bancaires et du délai de réception du colis.Le sac que j'ai reçu n'est pas celui commandé et bien écrit à l'encre a l'intérieur.Sachez que depuis ce sac est parti à la poubelle.La seule preuve sur cet achat est ma banque.

This is my third VERA bag and each one has been fantastic. The leather ages beautifully and they’re just the right mix of stylish and practical.

Great value for money and very elegant. It's become my everyday bag. Would be nice if shipping packaging was a bit more protetive, but the bag itself is gorgeous.

I really cannot recommend this company. I ordered 3 bags over a period of several weeks for comparison. The bags eventually arrived (later than stated, but they do come from Italy) and are quite nice quality but the company's return process is an absolute nightmare. They say they offer free returns which actually means you pay for the postage, send proof of postage and then (in theory) they refund you. I have had such a hassle getting my refunds. They say they have definitely transferred the funds to my paypal account (and indeed the original payment is marked on my account as refunded) but of 5 amounts due back only 3 were actually paid. In the end I had to get Paypal to investigate and have now received one of the bag refunds due but not the last postage refund. Don't be deceived by the friendly emails. They either have a very poor accounting system or are downright dishonest. Very disappointed in what I initially thought was a nice friendly company.

I believe this company to be fraudsters. I ordered a bag which I was told would be delivered by Evri within 3 days. After 3 days Evri still had not received the goods despite Vera claiming they’d sent it to courier. They then said they sent via Royal mail and bag would be delivered within 8 days! After 11 days when I chased as Royal mail said they’d not received the goods, they then said they’d sent it by Evri!! The bag never arrived! With the help of my credit card company I received a refund. I do not recommend
