After reading the five star reviews I thought i would order my daughter present from this site. The reviews were a lie. I have experienced the worst service ever. I still have not received the bag despite my continuous calls to the site. If you are lucky enough to have someone answer you, you have a totally inexperienced young women answer the phone without actually knowing her left from her right. Appalling service....

Torbe su visoko kvalitetne i izgledaju tocno onako kako su prikazane na slikama, bez uljepsavanja. Roza torbica koju sam kupila nakon prethodne identicne tamnoplave i bež, me iznenadila svojom ljepotom jer je ispala ljepsa neg na slikama, a to obicno ne ocekujemoyponjvise svojom bojom. Prerhodne torbice su trajne, savovi kvalitetni, a savove na kao inzenjerka najvise gledam jer su spojevi najbitniji. Uzalud lijepa torbica ako je krakoga vijeka, ili ak nema kvalitetne spojeve. Ove torbice imaju sve, najteza stvar je odabrati ljepsu od ljepse, sve ostalo nije problem. Ljepota otpornost trajnost, jednostavnost narudzbe pa cak i povrata. Hvala kaj postojite💓.

Ho acquistato la scorsa settimana lo zaino color cognac e devo dire che è davvero bellissimo: dal vivo ha superato ogni mia aspettativa! La cura dei dettagli e la qualità si notano al primo sguardo.
Sono rimasta talmente entusiasta del mio primo acquisto che proprio oggi ho ordinato anche una borsa color oro. Spero tantissimo che in futuro Vera decida di lanciare anche una linea di accessori coordinati, come delle cinture (magari sia in color cognac che in versione sottile da portare in vita sui vestiti per l'oro), perché abbinare prodotti di questa qualità sarebbe fantastico.

J'ai bien reçu en temps voulu ce sac à main noir.
Je doute fort qu il soit en cuir.
Si tous les sacs sont ainsi,
Je ne sais si je dois recommander ce site.
En tous cas l article n'est pas moche mais je doute de la qualité.
Et je n'ai pas la possibilité de vérifier concrètement.
Rien à dire sur le délai de livraison mais sur la qualité annoncée j ai un doute.

Le produit est entre vos mains et vous pouvez vérifier par vous-même la qualité du cuir. Si toutefois le sac ne vous convient pas, nous offrons un retour gratuit dans les 30 jours suivant la réception.

Poor quality
Inside pocket lining fell into pieces after about a month of using a bag. There are no other inside pockets in the bag so the bag is unusable as far as I’m concerned. Nowhere I can put the keys etc. Seller couldn’t recommend any repair shops; local repairs said it’s impossible to repair. Waste of £80
Response to seller:
- I have got in touch after two months of purchase and only been using a bag for a month by the time the lining was torn.
- only housekeys, car keys and air pods case were stored in the pocket so no sharp objects at all. If these can cause mechanical damage after a month of using a bag then it indicates the quality of lining is very poor.
- no repair options were suggested
- 30% refund will still make a bag unusable

According to our records, the bag was purchased and used for over five months. After reviewing the details, this type of wear falls under mechanical damage rather than a manufacturing defect, and is therefore not covered by our warranty.
That said, we did our best to assist - we looked into repair options and also offered financial compensation as a gesture of goodwill. If you'd like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
