Serious failure within product return system
I ordered four products- two were excellent, one was of average standard and one was completely unacceptable. I feel that as a company, you were unable to facilitate the return of my product for over a week, and you created unreasonable barriers for me. This made the experience as a whole very tricky and with lots of obstacles before the final outcome.

We responded to your emails within 24 hours and in fact much sooner in each ocassion. We requested for a picture of the package you received to raise a matter of split package with our delivery partners but you said you did not have ability to send picture. You are calling our request for a picture of the split package as an obstacle and unreasonable barrier? Anyways we still offered you resolutions as goodwill gesture of which you agreed to take one and we even resolved the matter providing you with your chosen resolution.

10 kg of almonds ordered. Good value at around 6.00/kg .Product delivered in a couple of days, almonds from California . Good service. Not sure if there is any difference in quality. Taste fine. using for homemade almond milk.

I visited this wholesaler the first time ever. Went with a friend who had been online and found out about their nuts offer.
My friend and I were welcomed by the owner Gurpreet (?), offered seats in his office and also drinks which we declined. We had both walked from Greenford Station and being in our mid seventies, had taken more than 10 mins walk!
We couldn't carry much but bought the nuts which were on offer. I found the experience & hospitality very good and have decided to do a home delivery next time.

Diabetics beware
Falsely advertise their mango cubes as sugar free. They are not! When I politely informed them of this they tried to stiff me on my return postage costs.
To improve, they should try knowing their stock better and stop the false advertising about the ingredients on their website.

On this ocassion we agreed that it was an error on the website and were even willing to take the product back at our cost for a full refund due to error on the website. But it seems like you have perhaps misunderstood us as into thinking that we were expecting you to return the product at your cost.
Anyways we have since updated our website also to confirm all our dried fruit contains sugar.
Tasty, fresh nuts
Web page easy to use, delivery very fast and the freshest, bestest tasting nuts I’ve had in a long time. I will definitely be buying all of my nuts, grains and pulses from VB Wholefoods from now on.
