Excellent service - very fast delivery.
The pistachio nuts are a very competitive price and really great quality. I have just come back to using VB after trying other brands of the nuts for a short while (not sure why i did that to be honest). I'll continue to use this company for all my nuts and other products, highly recommend.

Lost package
My parcel was left outside and is now missing, I've sent emails and called vb with no response on my missing order.

Not sure I’d use again
Ordered a variety of the jelly/fizzy sweets.
Delivery was very quick, delivered within 24 hours.
However one of the bags was missing. It took weeks and several calls/emails to get this resolved. Once the missing bag was sent out it was different to the first lot of sweets.
Probably wouldn’t use again. Doesn’t seem very consistent or great when there’s an issue.

Cannot give zero stars
I'd not have even given them one star. Between the company and their courier (DHL) almost a week on, have neither received my order or the alleged refund, something I'd not even requested yet? DHL, everyday continues to update their email 'stating' it will be delivered today. So far I'm just out of pocket. I will receive my refund. Cannot have been a worse experience. Shop elsewhere.

I’ve ordered from VB whole foods 3…
I’ve ordered from VB whole foods 3 times. No problem with delivery or product first two times but the third time I had a problem and they don’t answer the telephone or respond to emails.
So in short, you’d better hope everything goes OK with your order because customer relations isn’t their strong point.
Alternatively, pay by credit card and charge back if you have a problem and can prove you’ve tried to contact them. Maybe if enough people do that they may actually answer people in future.
I won’t be using them again.

DHL - Incompetent Couriers
The problem was the courier - DHL. Monday order delivered, at last, on Sunday. I’m not the only one. Our local community Facebook page is full of complaints about them - no deliveries, late deliveries and deliveries to the wrong address. I like your products but may well not order again if DHL is used.
