We were very pleased with our kitchen island stools. Good quality and comfortable to sit on with the cushions. Received delivery within a few days.

The marble top was marked. Customer Service were excellent, after photos sent they arranged to replace the top without any fuss. This was done in a timely manner by their couriers J B S 2 man delivery. The coffee table itself is everything we hoped it would be but the customer service was the stand out.

I have now ordered 8 peice of Vaunt furniture and absolutely love every peice, including different sized fluted tables, a dressing table and bedside tables.
Fantastic quality and the team at head office are super helpful regarding returns (ordered the wrong colour once)
My only complaint, the cardboard boxes they are delivered in smell really weird, probably due to being recycled...so get your lovely furniture out asap and get the box in the recycling!

I bought cafe table from this company, but I ask the cafe table is stone broken . I emailed company that I want to send it back so he said that you should send it with the original box.
I ask the company you send cafe table or box because box is damaged. I told guy could you please replace or send my money back but he said only original box , I don’t understand company sale box or cafe table , company is not accept responsibility he’s fault

Very poorly installed TV unit and offer no help on returning them

Purchased the Stoker gold bar stool for my newly installed kitchen island. The design is fabulous but the quality is not great. I noticed immediately that the stools looked untreated (it hadnt been stained or protected in any obvious way). The corners of the stool back were uneven (could clearly see where it had been chipped and sanded down to disguise). The biggest issue arose I noticed were that fingerstains remained on the back of the stool, from everyday use. I've had them now for 10 days and they already look worn out. I reached out to customer service for advice and details of the stain colour used, with the hope of fixing the issues. After several quite pointless emails it turns out they don't know what colour stain is used (as it's made in india) and the advice given was to use soapy water to take the stains out (already tried and whatever stain was there came off) or take it to someone who can colour match and fix it myself. Given how expensive these bar stools are genuinely wish I had kept the boxes and returned them immediately. If I had a show kitchen I'm sure they would be perfect but not for a normal kitchen.

Received the item as expected and happy with it, the price and delivery

Bought a tableware set, however it came with very noticeable faults on a couple pieces - bumps, discolouration. Emailed with pictures, only to be told they won’t do anything and it what it is. Quite appalling really, I know they are handmade and pretty much every piece had some fault to it, I only wanted to exchange a couple that are very noticeable.

Since moving into our new home with zero furniture, I've bought a number of tables, plinths and a bench from Vaunt and have been bowled over by the quality of all of them. They are beautiful pieces in distinctive designs that are a bit different from the norm, which is exactly what we wanted. Worth every penny. Delivery was super speedy, the customer service was top notch when I needed a bit of help and, as an added bonus, I discovered by accident that Vaunt is a family business local to me - I always love to support local businesses where possible.

Quick and easy ordering and delivery. Excellent customer service and the stool is very well made and looks beautiful in my hallway.

Love the mugs - quick and safe delivery

I bought a bar stool for £137.75. This is an online retailer so I had no way of seeing the stool in the flesh. When I received it, it wasn't quite what I was after (it was chunkier and heavier than I expected). The only option to return it was for Vaunt Design's courier to collect it at a cost of £45! Furthermore, it was collected 16-July and the funds did not arrive in my account until 20-August.

I got a coffee table and it was a Speedy delivery, well packaged to prevent damage, a beautiful piece of furniture and had great communications. Delivery team called to arrange delivery and called me 30 mins before arrival too. Lovely company and great quality goods.

Absolutely beautiful, well made, high end good quality

I bought 2 stools and decided to return them, unused and well packaged in the original boxes. Vaunt would not process a full refund. Instead they insisted on charging a £10 per item re-boxing fee. This is a breach of consumer contract regulations. I made them aware of this, however Steve insisted that because he was running the business he must know the rules. He doesn't.
