Beautiful item, nicely crafted, good value for money.

Before purchasing, I was reassured by the positive reviews online. However my experience has not been positive. On delivery the guys refused to unpack my item so I had to unpack the sideboard by myself. The item I admit was very well packed but so much so it was impossible to remove from box without ripping packaging. On inspection I found the door handles were wonky with one set into the furniture 0.5cm above other and holes in the cork insert which are both clearly visible as handles are the main feature . I have raised a complaint requesting replacement and being refused as the packaging is not intact. This is infuriating when they were supposed to unpack and allow me to inspect. Hence when reviewing other reviews I would note how the company have dealt with customers who actually have experienced real problems. Whilst Vaunt have suggested adjusting the doors this would mean the doors would be not level at the top and bottom as the handle has been cut into the door at the wrong level so this would not resolve the issue. They also fail to acknowledge that they have not complied with their terms and conditions as they refused to unpack in delivery as promised. If they had complied with their T’s and C’S I would not be in this situation. The top door stop has also now fallen off.

I first purchased 6 stoker bar stools & seat pads in a sale some months back. When they arrived the wrong colour stool had been sent, walnut vs light wood. I rang up, whilst courier was there, and someone answered straight away. Stools were put back on the courier van and taken away immediately. Amazing customer services. When my stools arrived they were beautiful. Good quality, really sturdy and comfortable to sit on! I loved them so much I purchased 4 more. I was lucky I was able to purchase in 2 separate sales.

I don’t think this place run quality checks on their furniture. I bought a table with a marble top, upon receiving the marble had a red stain on it, I contacted the costumer service and they promised to send a replacement. The replacement top was broken into 2 halves. When I contacted them again they said there isn’t anything they can do! I will never get near this retailer ever again and I advise that you don’t do it either. I paid over £500 for a marble table and i can’t use it.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company due to their unacceptable business practices. My recent order arrived significantly damaged, indicating a complete lack of quality control. Furthermore, their customer service has been unresponsive to my requests for a refund. This demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of professionalism. I urge potential buyers to seek alternative vendors.

As a company owner, sending products in this condition to customers reflects poorly on your business and indicates that you dont have the correct business mindset. Winning the dispute doesn't change the fact that your in the wrong I'm sure potential customers will make the right decision after seeing the photos of my damaged table

The whole process from ordering the sideboard to delivery was very quick smooth.

Love this company. Bought a fabulous chest of drawers with a quirky cork type round handle and a Lief Cuckoo clock.
The chest of drawers is made of the highest quality. The delivery was seamless. I have bought from them a concrete coffee table a couple of years ago and love it. Would definitely recommend giving them a go Order 18524

Very clear and concise website, easy to navigate and find what I needed and the photography and descriptions were accurate. Super speedy delivery and my fragile items were well packed and made it in one piece.

Absolutely love the table, customer service is great but it would be nice to have white glove delivery on heavy items with lots of packaging 😊

We ordered Hikui coffee tables. They were unfinished (no varnish or wax or oil), making them about as useful as a chocolate fireguard This was not described on the website We returned them and we're charged £75 per item to do so, plus £10 each for new boxes, so £255 to return three unusable items. Unbelievable. We complained, but were brusquely brushed off. Avoid.

The 2 console tables and end tables I purchased are well made and make my home looks amazing
