I am over the moon with the Moroccan Light Fittings I ordered from Steve Abi and their team . The price was competitive. I received a brilliant service and the product is absolutely beautiful I will be using them again in the future .

I order 2 items of Kobe Mango range, I ordered the cabinet and side board. When the parcels arrived I excitedly open the cabinet for my kitchen and I was over the moon when I saw it. It was beautiful than I expected. I left the sideboard for few days as I need to rearrange my stuff in the living room and I was working all week and weekend.  On the 6th, finally I had the time to set up my sideboard. I was so excited to see it as I was so happy with my cabinet but when I saw the sideboard I was a bit disappointed as there a small damages/chipped on the sides. I also not so happy with the finish of the varnish on the rings on the front. It looks like it was done in a rushed unlike the cabinet. I know that there will be some difference with the colour or texture of the wood as expected but I think it was not as good as my cabinet as it feels rough and uneven. I emailed the delivery company but told me to contact the seller, which I was not sure how.1

Ordered the Louis pale bar stool for our kitchen. Great design. Feet mark on wood floor so sourced alternative feet protectors that work perfectly.
Now have 3 stools.

Super service and a lovely product,love my new Vaunt Stoker bar stools,fit perfectly with my kitchen island. Laura was so so helpful with shipping issues,once sorted they arrived really quickly. Highly recommend!!

Very unhappy that my order was ‘lost’ and then shipped late. It was intended as a small gift to be handed over at a party. Paid £2.30 for postage.
Colour not consistent with previous purchase of same item.
I would never order anything else from you again. 👎

Disappointed ordered 2 console tables only one arrived , then no one answered the phone , sent 3 messages eventually someone email back poor customer service still no date of when the other one is arriving

beautiful sideboard, super happy with the quality.

We bought the Edvard sideboard, it was delivered within 2 weeks, it’s absolutely beautiful, we loved it that much we bought the drinks cabinet to match. Quality that will last for years, highly recommend.

Some issues with damage in transport quickly resolved to our satisfaction, without any pushback, which is frankly refreshing in this day and age. Thank you. Very pleased with the stoker stools and seatpads overall.

Good delivery time and when there was a slight issue it was resolved instantly. very efficient, friendly and good value.

I read some reviews after placing my order for gunhild bedside table and was really alarmed at comments re shoddy quality and long delays. Although I didn’t hear anything after placing my order it arrived within 5 days . It was well packaged and no issues with minor assembly needed. Beautiful item and recommend it to anyone. Even better as I got it reduced in summer sale.

Exceptional service, 30 hours from online order to well-packaged delivery. The Louis stools are beautifully made, high quality and excellent value for money. The wood seat is well carved, chunky & comfortable and the curved legs are sturdy & really make a statement in matt black. I'm so happy I found them and will definitely use Vaunt Design again.

Atrocious customer service (emails aren't responded to, they don't answer the phone) & if you read the terms & conditions on their website, you realise how much of a bogus company they actually are. On there, they've invented a bunch of terms despite us being fully aware what our consumer rights are in this country. The law is the law; lap it up instead of trying to exploit customers through lies & foul-play!! I urge all customers to contact/report any wrongdoing to Trading Standards. Money-hungry, thieving companies like this should be put out of business. I've scanned through their replies to other wronged customers & the responses are very catty (to say the least) & not professional at all. Shame on you!!!

My response to your reply: No, you don't - till date, no one's bothered to reply to SEVERAL of my emails. Disappointing. Do better.

Second response: I suggest you check your spam box instead of getting triggered by my review. I received my order in the end (despite the poor customer service of your team - who were unwilling to engage in conversation when I actually wanted to talk to someone) so you wanting to look into the issue at this stage is pointless. Complain to Trust Pilot all you want; I can provide them with proof of me being a real customer if necessary. I have all my receipts.

We have had multiple order from vaunt designs, their unique products and quality is incomparable. We get so many compliments, 5* service as always - we will be returning

I personally can’t recommend Vaunt Design enough. I’ve had a few products from here now because their aesthetic is absolutely beautiful and every single item has been spot on. I get so many compliments on my coffee table in particular and the customer service is always friendly and efficient. You won’t regret buying from here! Thank you Vaunt for being amazing!

Beautiful high-quality mugs at a reasonable price. Really happy with the product. When ordering I didn’t think the combination of colours I wanted were all in stock so I sent a message to Vaunt to ask when I could expect them. Laura in customer services was really friendly, helpful and prompt and managed to find the mugs I wanted in stock and they arrived a few days later. Really pleased.
