AVOID - First time I have used this website, I ordered 3 different flavours of vape pen and all tasted the same and tasted burnt.....no flavour at all and feel like ive totaly wasted my money here, do not waste yours.
Tried contacting them only to be met with an auto responsive email stating my order is on its way.
Save your money and AVOID this compamy.

Bought the Hemp Oil CBG and I've had to bin it, it's an acquired taste! Not for me unfortunately. Can't fault website experience, ordering, or delivery.

Severely regret not getting the MCT oil version.

I found this company online around June-July through google search months ago and I’m glad I did the customer service actually values their loyal customers and products. At the times I use to go to my old retail vape shop where the quality wasn’t good or just to expensive. If you want good liquid that tastes the part Vapo Holic is the place for you. Thank you for your brilliant services!

Great flavour and clearly labelled the VG/PG. Don't need a magnifying glass. Most of the other liquids I bought from other companies need to use magnifying app on phone just see what's in it.

Absolute rubbish. Vape did not work from start. Straight in the bin!. Tried the oil in one of my other vapes. Absolutely useless. Total waste of money!

I was sent a faulty e-liquid that had a burnt taste and didn’t taste anything like it was supposed to. As this was my first time buying from this company and I’d never received a faulty vape liquid before, I assumed it was just the flavour. I even mixed in some Vortex Strawberry Ice to try and improve the taste, but it made no difference.

Once I realised the liquid was faulty, I contacted customer service and clearly explained everything, including that I had mixed a small amount of another liquid with it. They still told me to return it so they could “test” it.

After I’d gone through the hassle of sending it back, they then told me they couldn’t test it because it had been mixed with another liquid and therefore couldn’t offer a refund or replacement. This could have been explained before asking me to return it. It ended up being a complete waste of time and the communication throughout was poor. I won’t be buying from them again.

Update: The company says I only mentioned mixing the liquid after the return label was sent. However, on 29 July at 3:15pm I emailed asking, “Does it matter that I mixed it with other flavours?” They replied at 5:10pm (10 minutes after their stated 5pm customer service closing time) but ignored that question. I didn’t set up the return until 6:00pm, after receiving their reply. I then chased the return on 1 August, and on 2 August they replied saying they hadn’t received it yet but also said they wouldn’t be able to test it because it had been mixed. My issue isn’t the policy—it’s the poor communication, which resulted in an unnecessary return.

I had an issue with a parcel that had gone walkabout, after speaking with Laia, she did all that we had agreed to, she did as promised, updated me after dealing with the courier, and then offering a swift solution.

Brilliant customer service. Very reasonable prices and fast delivery. Placed a few orders and have been faultless every time. I’m extremely surprised to see negative reviews on here, it seems to be more of a complaint against royal mails delivery times as apposed to Vapoholic themselves so take those with a pinch of salt. I’m a happy and returning customer so i can absolutely recommend them.

The site order did not work for me, but i contacted support and in the same day after a few messages they sent me a payment link and sent my order manually. So I am glad they took their time to take care of my order before fixing the issue which I would have to wait for.

Found this website for vape juice had a good look at the 70/30 vape juices the price's seemed quite reasonable so i picked 4 different juices added them to the basket clicked on the basket to pay and got a discount message code tried four times to enter code and kept getting the same message back code was invalid so I emptied the basket and bought elsewhere and it was also a little cheaper so after reading all the dissatisfied customers and complaints on here i think i was quit lucky that I didn't put the order through..

The product and service is top tier. I ordered the cannablitz kit and a spare pod. Arrived in great time and the sour tangie is fantastic, had a slight issue with the other pod but Laia dealt with the situation perfectly. Within a couple hours of my first email followed but a picture of the time at fault; one was sent out without hesitation immediately. Found a gem of a company here. Been using the devils lettuce for sometime now and over the years the quality has dropped massively so needed an alternative. These are a game changer in terms of that old school taste. I had an issue with the package because the authorities returned it to the sender due to free gifts that I couldn’t support with an invoice.

The girl who replied to my emails was more than kind, helpful, and warm! I believe her name is Laia. After the package was returned, she removed the gifts and sent it to me again, keeping me informed about everything along the way. I can’t express how grateful I am!

I don't normally leave reviews here, but noticed a few 1 star reviews here that I seem unjustified and wanted to balance it out a bit.
I personally had a great first experience. I ordered the cbd calm pen with two cannablitz cartridges, and not only am I happy with how the product tastes and performs, it arrived next day just like they said it would. I'll happily order from these guys again
