Stephen at Van Monster was really helpful is locating exactly the van we needed for our business. Once he found it, he organised for it to be brought round for us to check, then sorted out all the paperwork for the transfer of ownership, vehicle tax etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Van Monster has a very big selection of used vans in multiple sites across the UK, so can usually find something to suit. Couldn't have been better service. Will definitely be using them next time we need a van.

Enquired about 2 vans on the website that had already sold, but the sales person Brian let me know about another one of similar style and price that was due in and was perfect for what I was looking for. Simple process, traded in my car, all went smoothly and had a person to contact, not an automated system. Will be my first port of call when I need to upgrade this van.

He was so good that I went back and it was Brian Finley that went through all my options for this van. he was very thorough in everything he does with me so much so that I let people know to go to him if they’re looking for a van.

Brian was first class from start to finish

Collected my van from Van Monster and immediately noticed a problem with the audio. Got the van booked in under warranty for assessment costing me a day's work and revenue. They said the van required a new aerial which was unusual as the audio problem was present while using Bluetooth also. The van was booked back in for the work and not surprisingly it wasn't the aerial, it was the speakers. So this is going to cost me 3 days revenue to get this problem fixed.
This was an obvious fault and should have been picked up during the initial checks on the van. Very unhappy and very frustrated.
I will go elsewhere for my vans in future.
