I ordered Windows Server Standard 2016, on 6th December but I appear to have ordered 'Data Centre' Version, so asked if I could swap or have a refund. The first email came back very quickly, so I was delighted my query was being dealt with! However, several emails and a week and a half later I am still waiting for a resolution, ideally a key swap would sort it, but a refund would be equally appreciated! Guys, its now 17th December, I just need some urgent action from you please, then I can improve this review ! Thanks !

The service provided was faultless. I followed the instructions and a short time later I had MS Office installed on my laptop.

A prob initially when installing the software and getting it activated, but customer service had it sorted very quickly and communicated really promptly and pleasantly.

Total scam. I ordered Windows 11 Pro, and they sent Windows 11 home with a product code that doesn't work.

They then sent another product code, which didn't work either. You get what you pay for, sadly.

Vaneyo did exactly what it said on the tin. Download code worked and after following simple installation instructions I was up and running quickly and with little fuss. Definitely recommend this for computer savvy users!

Initial problems with installing the download but very helpful responses from the team solved the problem quickly.

Rude customer service. Little help provided with screenshots sent. Completely wiped my system and gave key that did not work with the download the provided. Go elsewhere / avoid at all costs. Obviously just my experience.

Purchsed a Windows 11 Pro license from Vaneyo. The link provided took me to a google drive to download the .iso file. The download failed. Tried it again. Same - after hours slowly downloading, the download failed. I tried using a different browser. Same result. Messaged Vaneyo support. 12 hours later recieved an email with a new link, which took me to google drive again, only this link was for Windows 10 Home, NOT Windows 11 Pro as I'd ordered. Another message to support. Still waiting for a response. This company seems very dodgey to me. Very dissatisfied.

Software that I bought was as described and installation details were on point. It was easy and straightforward.
After-sale service and support has been good too. They always my security concerns and even added incentives for future purchases.
I am satisfied.

They delivered my order quickly and with no issues. When I had a problem, they were very fast to respond. I would definitely purchase software from them again in the future.

So, I bought the windows 11 enterprise, and I didn't need it. I had a little trouble getting a hold of the company. I found out they were only trying to help. But in the end, I did get my money back and I very much appreciate all of their cooperation and hope definitely a great company you won't regret it.

Excellent, they assisted me in all path in my installation because i bought a mistake microsoft office, i wrote to customer service and they answer me immediately, they send me a link with the correct microsoft office. I recommend to Vaneyo for any purchase if you have any dude ask them.

I bought Microsoft Office and it wouldn’t install. I contacted Customer Support and they responded extremely quickly and were very helpful. Turns out the Office I bought wasn’t for Macs. They refunded my money very promptly and I bought the Mac version. Absolutely no problems. They have some of the best customer support I have ever had.
