its a scam. the key which they sent was already used. tried to contact them but no luck. called many times somebody answers the call and just say who are you and then hangs up

I purchased Outlook 2021 Professional from Vaneyo and unfortunately had an issue with importing my contacts into the Address Book.
I contacted Vaneyo who were excellent in answering my emails by return and offering possible solutions until the issue was resolved. Their service far exceeded what I thought it would be and I can't praise them highly enough.

You kept me up to date with my order, a very good service.

Software wouldn’t download and they won’t give me a refund. Don’t buy from these people. Their Trch Support won’t listen and keep telling you to do the same thing which doesn’t work. Cowboys

I had ordered and updated my laptop.
Vaneyo assisted and all I can say is that they fantastic. From the purchase to installation.
I am not an IT person, so asked, probably a lot of silly questions, their team was very patient, professional, and experts which can be totally relied on.

I bought a Windows 11 Pro licence key. When I tried to activate it I got the message 'The key you supplied has already been activated on another system'. I immediately sent a screen capture of the above failed activation message and requested a valid unused key or a refund. No reply. I sent the message again on the 13th, still no reply as of the 18th June.
I suspect this site just has a few over used mass licence keys and I hope it is not being used to harvest card details. AVIOD THIS SITE.

Totally lacking in any communication skills. Obviously selling volume licenses that have been grossly overused. Microsoft even recognizes them as "not valid product codes". Now waited two days for a working Office Professional Plus license. These people will not enter into any conversations about cancelling and order or refunding defective codes. BUYER BEWARE! Once they have your money you will be lucky to hear from them again.

Quick delivery and very easy to install. The MS Office 2010 software version is ideal for my requirements. If installing the software on a PC that has an earlier 32bit version this has to be uninstalled first.

Download stalled every time l tried, eventually using a different program to download ISO file it stalled at 99.9%, l have sent multiple emails over 3days asking for assistance not had a single reply, AVOID THIS SITE!!!

The Office product was great. Installed easily with no problems.

I ordered Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2010 with 5 licences. The software and keycode were to emailed immediately. I raised a query on my installation and they responded very quickly. I then installed the product with the keycode provide and everything now working well. Excellent service, many thanks

Bought a copy of MS Office for my MAC and had some installation issues (no-fault of Vaneyo). Their support was fast and provided a solution at no extra cost. Would not hesitate to recommend Vaneyo to anyone.

Bought a licence key for widows 10 to update an old laptop.
Downloaded software and installed entered key which cost £8.50.
After entering the key I received a message saying that the product key was already used on another device.
Have sent emails for support and no reply.

Ordered some software, at first would not register, got back to the service personnel and in a very short time had me up and running, would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others, good Company, good value and a good service

I purchased a licence to upgrade from Windows Home to Pro. The instruction was clear, and it worked without any issues.

I chose Vaneyo for the competitive price.
I did have an issue with the validation of my office 2021 purchase. Follow the instructions they send. The support response was quick and instantly resolved. My Office 2021 is running and fully activated.

I recently purchased four packages from Vaneyo. One of these caused some confusion, as Vaneyo did not have the Package I wanted. They were very honest about everything, and very quickly proposed an acceptable alternative.
All of the products are excellent.
As for Vaneyo? I cannot mark them down for the small hiccup, which should be regarded as simple confusion, to which all parties contributed.
Their customer care is dedicated, honest, practical, and reassuringly positive. Indeed, All of the features you can expect from this highly Professional Organisation.
