This company is literally scammer!!! Company is so fake. Don’t be fool to be trapped with the cheap price like me. I believe all the good reviews about them are fake. Waste time and money!!!

Waiting an hour to receive my product key and getting worried 🙁

Could not get installation to work. Even reset my whole computer and wiped everything. Followed instructions even videoed what was happening on my computer. Still no use. Avoid buying from them

Unable to install software.Customer service phone number does not work

I could not get the software to run and the support response to my emails was worse than useless. There was no help with the error code. And now ignoring my emails.

Ordered Microsoft office 2016 for my windows7 machine (yes an old project machine), unfortunately it would not install due to a missing " Kernel32.dll" file. Vaneyo gave me instructions on how to overcome this error, but the error still prevented the installation. I the end they provided me with Office 2013 which was installed without any problems. Thank you Vaneyo.

Excellent customer service. I had problems activating the license and microsoft help was impossible to follow

scam - didnt work

Both keys purchased didn’t work at first replacement product keys worked well

I can not run my PC with your product keys . My friend is IT specialist and followed all steps in your instructions and he didn't.I am still waiting support from your team 3 days otherwise I will claim .

Iwas unable to use my purchased win 11 pro download. It kept saying my usb disks didnt have enough space available for the download.

Ordered and received an email with the download link and license key provided within a few minutes.

However ... this didn't work as the license had all the activations used. I followed the support instructions in the download email and provided a screenshot of providing so they could provide Confirmation ID.

No reply received so I emailed again and was given dumb insttructions to uninstall and reinstall - clearly that's not the issue and I had provided the screenshot as per their installation email so they could provide the Confirmation ID.

I requested either the Confirmation ID, or a valid license key, or a refund.

4 emails later and they haven't replied so I'm doing a reverse charge from my card provider to get a refund.

The reviews on TrustPilot show I'm not alone in this happening - clearly sometimes Vaneyo are either providing bogus license keys, or not managing them properly as they are providing ones which are fully used.

You might be lucky and get a valid license, or you might not (as per 20% of the one star reviews).

I'd recommend avoiding this company and buying a license elsewhere.

Total scam DO NOT USE THE 'LINK' PROVIDED DOES NOT LEAD TO YOU BEING ABLE TO PUT IN A PRODUCT KEY e.g. for MS Project software.

They help me all along my installation problems and very fast even in the periods of Christmas.

After a couple of issues I was able to successfully activate my Office software. Hopefully it's a permanent activation but only time will tell. Support was a little on the slow side but it was during a holiday period so I shall forgive Vaneyo on this occasion.

I purchased 2021 Microsoft Office package 02 Dec 2024 x 5, license when I entered the product key I received an error message. I contacted Vaneyo customer support - I was sent a new product key, a day later, and to iook a few attempts to set up correctly
I then attempted to load the same package to a second laptop, which also created errors again had to contact Vaneyo and again was sent a new product key.
This didn’t work , and contracted Vanyo several times concerning he second installation
Plus the 1st license was only used to check the Outlook part of the product only utilizing the first license, which was inferior because there were ads , and needed to purchase a separate licenses for Microsoft to remove the Ads
I requested a refund as I believe the product was unsuitable and hadn’t used the product to the full use it was intended to
After contacted several times I reached a stage where I was totally frustrated from the responses and ended up removing the product and opting to purchase directly for Microsoft
I believe their customer support is totally lacking, more interested in selling the products and they don’t really care how their product performs etc

I sent emails virtually every other day form 02 December top 08/ 09 Dec to try and resolve the issues and refund, with no solutions to date
I also believe the left hand doesn’t know what the right had is doing, although the emails to resolve the license problems and refund were sent to their customer services back and forth until the 10th December I was sent a new email on the 19th December requesting info so they could assist- WHAT???

RATHER PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS MORE Customer support AND can cover what they are selling, IN FULL

The customer service is fast, efficient and so helpful.
