Great product and fulfillment - fast ship.
Had the product I needed (replacement control valve) - fast ship and excellent packaging. One star removed - description on web site a bit thin - package contents, product specs, product setup etc…. Lots of content but not the right stuff.

12/4/24 Updated Review: Other than the shipping issues (see previous review)... we have had our product (Pond/Lake Deluxe Water Treatment System) installed for over a month now. The installation instructions are spot on and accurate, the product is of great quality and It works amazing. The system is easy to operate and quiet. Highly recommend if you are needing a water system for you pond or lake!!!!
Also, the company has issued me a full refund for the shipping costs. They did back up the mistake in the end with great customer service.
10/22/24 Review: No follow up - shipping was a disaster. I live less than 3 hours from the Indianapolis facility.... yet their product went to somewhere in New York. No follow up with costumer service to make sure the item was delivered. Costumer service was very nice and polite when called and asked about status... the product was immediately redirected back to Indiana where it sat for an additional 4 days until the company was called again asking about the status of the product.... then finally shipped to the correct location. Was promised a partial shipping refund for the delay of the product (almost a month) - but NEVER received it. As for the product itself... it has not yet been installed (just received it) but looks to be of great quality and installation instructions are clear and concise.

Ordered replacement carbon bed media…
Ordered replacement carbon bed media for my while home system. Arrived as described. Always easy to change out with provided filter. Media seems to have less fines this time - which is nice. Used fitting from other vendor to flush carbon fines before installing on system. Way easier that way.

Carbon filter media
Received the media when the company said it would be at my house . The instructions were very helpful since I had never done this process of changing out the carbon filter before.
I will use this company again when it’s time to change the filter again.
