Ordering is Great
The ordering part was fantastic. Very helpful in determining what I needed. Keeping me informed about the order status was not as good. There were delays in obtaining a part for my system, without letting me know this would delay shipment. Long past the expected shipment date, I had to call to find out what the delay was. My recommendation for these cases is to provide a to short email, which would have prevented the back and forth. However, all of my contact with your company was great.

After doing quite a bit of research, I reached out to US Water Systems for a iron reduction filter system. Working with their staff was a wonderfully pleasant, and very informative. Jake, my sales person, was very helpful and knowledgeable.The communication after the sale has been very transparent, clear and kept me informed as to shipping. It has been 11 business days…
It has been 11 business days and we still do not have our test results. We were told 3-5 business days. We do not know whether our well water is safe to drink, because of Hurricane Helene, and we are still finding bottled water waiting for this test to come back! I called last week and was told "soon". I messaged yesterday and haven't had a reply.
