Over all it has been a good experience. I'm a repeat customer so I've been impressed with the both product and over all experience. I wish my sales guy had been a little more responsive to question I had for him via email. In fact, I'm still waiting for a response.

Great Customer Service
I ordered a water softener that arrived promptly but I had difficulty setting up the control on the valve. I contacted Customer Service and they verified that there was a problem with the valve and they sent me an upgraded unit and an email authorizing the return of the original one. They were very helpful in that they sent the new unit out immediately and I did not have to wait until the faulty one had been returned before they would send me one that worked like many companies might do. When I got the new unit installed I had to call Customer Service to get help programming it. The person I spoke to was very helpful and when he realized I had not received an instruction manual he immediately e-mailed one to me. I would happily recommend US Water Systems Inc to anyone.

Great system but a challenge to setup
Once I finally got all the parts and got the system setup it seems like it's going to be great, I'll let you know in a couple of months. However it was very hard to get the complete system here and when it was here it was missing several parts and the setup directions were hard to follow, fortunately the technical people were very helpful most of the time.

Thanks for your service but (Fed-ex sucks)
Always looking to better my water supply, the disruptor filter & R.O. filters play a big part in my drinking water. Just wish the cost was lesser than. The only thing that's a pain is Fed-ex shipping. They have to be the must unorganized shipping company out there, they always want a signature, & if your not home what do you do. I almost told the to send the filters back to you cause they didn't want to leave it at my door with out a signature. They really really suck!!!!

Good company in a sea of questionable options
There are a lot of companies out there offering home water treatment and it's hard to know which are trustworthy. I was attracted to US Water Systems because they try to source US-made parts. Shipping took a week or two and I nearly cancelled my order because I got nervous, but I'm glad I didn't. I installed my under-sink RO system today and I am happy with the quality. The instructions were good and most people can install it on their own if they are a bit handy and able to crawl under the sink. I was impressed with the attention to detail. A cutting device for the tubing was included. They also sent a TDS meter to keep tabs on when to change the filters. My only complaint is I wish I had understood it takes a while for shipment.

US Water Systems will not stand behind their product
You sent me a new bulb but the issue was the quartz sleeve the bulb sits in. You want to charge me for the cracked quartz sleeve. This is clearly a material defect and you are refusing to stand behind your product. I have purchased several of your systems fom myself and friends over the years, but I will not purchase another system from you. You charged me almost $1000 1 1/2 years ago for a device that is no longer usable.

We appreciate your feedback. Often, warranties provided by manufacturers exclude items that are considered consumables or require regular replacement due to their nature. Quartz sleeves, like UV bulbs, are generally categorized as such because they have a limited lifespan and their performance degrades over time due to environmental factors. If you feel the quartz sleeve was cracked when first purchased in 2023 then is would be under warranty and our tech support was mistaken and you should call back and explain this.
