Website is easy to navigate. Pictures of products could be darker on their white background would be easier for these old eyes to see. Delivery was fast and we are ready to replace our old UV light bulb. Thank you!

Your price for a std filter is world-class stupid. Just another way to rip off customers.

We have been a customer for years now. We have a reverse osmosis system and recently added a lime blaster and chlorine remover filter. We had an older filter housing for the lime blaster and they replaced it at no charge being the filters had changed size. Plus we wanted to add a second filter for chlorine removal and they gave us a real big discount for the dual filter setup which is much easier to swap out than to use two single filter housings tied together with fittings.

everything arrived timely and in good condition. for the first time in 20 years I don't have iron in my water. It looks like i'll be using more h2o2 than I was led to believe. Easy to set up, good instructions. Online help was good. I'm still fine tuning the flex fusion and the water softener. The water is Great!!

The bypass shutoff valve was bad on a new purchase. I called tech support this past Wednesday to send a replacement but I still have not received it. It should have been sent next day air but it’s now Monday and still haven’t received it.

Your "customer service" doesn't want to solve problems, only argue with the customer and show how wrong they are. Good luck with that!

I have had a Fleck 5600 system for about eight years and it works perfectly. I had some questions about the original installation and customer service was fantastic.
I just purchased a Matrix water softener and pre filter for my son's house. Kudos to the customer service department for all their help and answered questions I have asked. Great company!!!!! Can't say enough good things about US Water Systems.

The product seems to be great and excellent quality.
The factory support was outstanding, but the intallation manual was far from adequate. In my opinion it needs to be revisited. More detail and the order of assembly needs to be corrected.
