U-Save operates a car rental location serving Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) from its office at 3218 SE 6 Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316. The branch is open 7 days a week and serves travelers flying into FLL as well as those in the surrounding Fort Lauderdale area. On arrival at the airport, follow signs to the Rental Car Center and head to the shuttle stop. Look out for the U-Save shuttle, marked with the company logo, at the designated bus stop. The shuttle takes you on a short ride to the office, where you can pick up your car. If you need help locating the stop or shuttle, call the branch using the number in the branch details on this page. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–21:00, including public holidays.

Would give a negative score if…

Would give a negative score if possible, at least for FLL location. We ordered thru Priceline, bought the supplemental insurance it recommended and proof of insurance with Progressive. However, we had long wait outside FLL shuttle drop eith NO benches enroute or at usave pickup. Then, no one at desk upon arrival after a long and winding ride for over a half hour. Finally another customer located Carlos out in lot and he refused flatly to allow either the Progressive or Priceline insurance. He demanded an additional $40/day. No way! We and another customer elected to leave. Ultimately got a decent deal with Enterprise. Three plus hours wasted. Never again with these crooks. I suspect favorable reviews are faked.

FAKE DON'T USE

I've reserved a car at FLL thru priceline.com, I called the "rental" at 7:00pm that I've landed and asked how to proceed, He said go to stop G and call us we'll pick you up. At 7:27 I called him from stop G he said someone will be there in 10-15 minutes. I called him at 7:48, where the shuttle is at, he said he'll call the driver. After that the phone went on busy for the rest of the day, no shuttle, no car. I went back to the terminal had to pay 3 times the price, and the posted phone number on the sign for U-Save at the terminal is a non working number! Stay away, fake! Zero stars. Calling priceline did nothing, thay all said "Sorry, I can't help you".

My review STANDS. You are not worth anyones business and Expedia should ban USave USuck. All One star only because there aren’t any negative stars

One star only because there aren’t any negative stars Stay away!! They are terrible and unreliable to say the least Expect to have long wait for pick up and drop offs They require you purchase their insurance if you don’t have a certificate of insurance All and I mean ALL their phone numbers have no service. Just awful Also Expedia for including them with their other car rental vendors
