Failure to remove pending debit
The deposit debit remained on my credit card for 4 weeks after the rental. Should have been removed after a couple of days.

Thank you for raising the time it took for the deposit hold to clear after your Edinburgh rental. We understand why four weeks felt too long. The timing can depend on the payment and banking process, but we cannot confirm what happened in your case from the review alone. Please email ics@cs.usave.com with your booking reference and a private copy of the transaction details so our customer-services team can review the timeline and explain it.
