USAGS provides excellent service, from when I started shopping at their store they've improved shipping times, and there's a deal or markdown for almost anything you could want! 10/10, would recommend if you're looking for gunpla or other plastic model kits!

Amazing Quality
It might be pricey, but it’s all worth it when it arrives as they put so much care into making sure kits maintain premium quality once they reach the front door. They also send a fun sticker.

Package Arrived, but No Freebie
The order was processed in a timely manner, and it arrived quickly. The model was packed so it didn't move in the box. The only problem I had was that I didn't get the free sticker for last month. I'm a Tallgeese fanboy, and that sticker was one I actually wanted.

Damaged delivery
I dont believe it was your fault but my package did arrive damaged. Im very happy that the parts are okay but the box which I like displaying came just completely squashed

Great Online store to buy some gundam models
USAGS has always used great Delivery service, and always arrive with no problem. Their Price are very reasonable, and I love their point system too. They also quite often have sales especially near Holidays. Finally they have a great custom service, that always answer you within 24 hours.

Great hobby store you can trust for more than you can think of!
I love their personalized packaging and always having what they say they do in stock. Their website just needs to divide the pre-orders from regular stock and it'd be perfect. I have ordered hundreds from them and I will continue to do so happily as long as they maintain their customer centric focus and quality product stockings. Thank you guys again and always!
