My Standard for Gunpla Stuff As Someone New to the Hobby
All orders I have made so far (3-4) have come in a timely fashion with little delay with prices that are either comparable or lower than other sellers. I have heard of delays for pre-orders, but as of now I cannot corroborate.

The Long Awaited Heroes

The package arrived late
The package arrived late, but it arrived in good condition.
The Wolf Corpse Heavy Industry 1/60 scale Logar kit did not come in an illustrated box. The kit was packaged in shipping boxes. At the price, I can understand why they have to cut packaging costs and avoid copyright issues.
Not all parts are in bags. A box contains many loose parts. Have not counted all the parts yet. Everything looks good tho. I hope nothing is missing, and I'm looking forward to building it.

Great store!
Great store overall! The delivery was prompt and they kept me updated with my orders. Their prices are fair with most items in the store. I did some research on price comparison and all the model kits I wanted USAGS was recommended. If you sign up with them (which is free) they will send you notifications for great deals weekly. Sometimes they will send you a discount code after a purchase so that’s another plus!

After waiting 8 months a couple of the…
After waiting 8 months a couple of the figurines had parts break. My granddaughter is 11 so she was being very careful. We tried super glueing them but it won't hold. For the price, very disappointed in the quality.

Got the item as described. Arrived in excellent condition. All runners were in great shape. Nothing was missing, broken or deformed. As I ordered the upscaled RG Zeong 1/100 scale. Communication between the seller was excellent. As they answered my questions. Trusted highly recommended seller. Great job thank you USAGS.
