When I was about 3/4 of the way through my painting I realized some of the paints would finish before I had completed it,plus I wanted to retouch some areas.So I reached out to the company to inquire on how I could order more paints.They responded right away and directed me to a link where I ordered more paints.They were very helpful and prompt.

Dean from Figured'Art helped out getting a missing paint out of a Marilyn Monroe set. THANK YOU, now this Beautiful product can be finished. DEAN your THE BEST!!!!!!

I received my painting kit but found it missing one of the colors. I contacted support and they promptly replied with apologies and the missing paint is on its way.
Dean was excellent in responding and I will order from them again.

You are treated like you were their only customer. Very personalized. They take pride in the workmanship. The quality is very good. So glad I stumbled across this team who cares about the consumer.

After I placed my order I received an email to ask if I mind that the canvas was folded, necessary for shipment to Portugal were I live. When I informed them that I do mind and asked them to cancel my order. Within 24 hours I received confirmation that they have cancelled my order and that they will refund the total amount I’ve paid.

I ordered two paintings but one of them didn’t ship to Canada. My friend is closing her condo in LA but only there for 3 days. Dean tried to direct the shipping to that address for those specific days, but sadly could not guarantee the delivery as he was not in control of that. We had several emails back and forth over several days and he responded immediately to each of my emails. I didn’t get the one painting but Dean deserves full credit for his customer service.

I am on my fourth painting and love it so very much. Making great gifts for the holidays. I had one issue and Dean was so wonderful and took care of it instantly highly recommend this wonderful company and the joy it brings you to create a masterpiece.

Lousy customer service. Missing a paint color in a paint by number kit I’ve been trying to contact them for several days they do not respond. I do not know what to do. If I knew the name of the paint color, I will go buy a tube someplace.

I had to cancel my order & Dean made the process seamlessly easy. They are quick to respond. It gave me confidence to immediately place the next order without hesitation. I am sure I will be very happy with their art/craft packages.

I will never order from Figured Arts again. It took WEEKS to get my order, and when it finally got here, the quality is not good. Cheap looking canvas, and the paints were so dry it was difficult to thin them, and then it took 3 coats to cover the numbers. NEVER AGAIN!

I accidentally ordered the wrong DMC and Dean from the support team was able to help me out and get that swapped to the correct one! The contact was super easy to figure out, and the response time was pretty quick! Definitely keeping you guys in my back pocket!

Super stoked with the experience with customer service. I purchased Paint by Numbers during covid that did not get completed. Thru Figured"Art I was able to purchase additional paint kids (as the original had dried up after 3 years) and very recently they provided the picture with numbered paints, as that had been lost for one of the two kits. Could not be happier.

This is the first time I purchased from Figured'Art. I was short some of the diamonds. I contacted them and immediately they sent me replacements. Wonderful communications and customer service.

I somehow received duplicates of several diamond painting kits. I can't find out if it was my mistake or figured arts. I emailed them quit awhile ago, and didn't get it resolved resolved. I'm very hesitant to ever order from them again. Luckily, I have a friend that also loves diamond painting aandd and was very happy to get my duplicates!

Dean in customer service was amazing. I was short beads and he took care of it asap. Also he was very pleasant and nice.

The Customer Service was excellent with our order. We missed the opportunity to order extra paint with our original order. Dean went out of his way to follow up so that once we received the painting, we could seek out the Lot # and get the exact extra paint palette we needed. Thanks!

As a first time customer of Figured'art I was disappointed when my order came and it was not right. I reached out to customer service for help. The response was fast and helpful. Once I explained what was wrong Dean the representative not only corrected the error, but went out of his way to communicate with me with personal notes each step of the way. Mistakes happen, but it's nice to see a company that takes making the customer happy a priority. The product I received was packaged securely in perfect shape. I look forward to completing these kits and being a long time customer.

The customer service is excellent. Most of all the diamond art is beautiful and such a diverse selection to choose from. I am on my 4th one and is so relaxing.

Customer service is so quick and happy to respond to any questions or concerns. It took 4 times to get an order right (my fault one of those times), but they had to work overtime to correct the issue and they did. My thanks to the team there, and I will continue to recommend this company to all my painting friends.
