Great service.
Having just started my painting I am very pleased with the results so far . I have to say the help I received from Kaye at Figured'Art was exceptional everything was resolved quickly and easily. It's a shame the delivery company weren't as professional.

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with my delivery as the box was squashed and damaged and in turn so was the canvas of my diamond art. The customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful with their response and immediately sent me out a replacement for the damaged canvas that I had originally received. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them in the future. Thank you

Great customer service
Custom diamond art arrived in a damaged box (via courier) contacted customer service and Kaye swiftly arranged for a replacement to be sent out ASAP.
Great customer service and resolution of damaged item. Would buy from them again and recommend to others.

Fantastic service

I have done several painting by numbers…
I have done several painting by numbers from this company and I have been very pleased with them all. The last delivery was left at the back of my house and I didn't see it for 2/3 days I emailed the company and got a quick response showing me a photo where the parcel was. I think the delivery company could put a not through the letterbox letting you know where they had left it. The paintings I have done ranged from easy to advanced and they all have turned out really good. Will certainly order from Figured'Art again. I only gave 4 stars because the delivery takes a long time.

Goods are great. At first goods didn't arrive due to local delivery company who returned it. However I emailed seller who were very helpful and arranged a replacement immediately.

So disappointed with my picture
So disappointed with my picture. Had this been my first painting by numbers it would have been my last.
The canvass was creased and is too textured so trying to fill in very small sections or fine lines is impossible.
The numbers on the canvass are illegible so have to revert to looking at the accompanying sheet for clues but that is not much better.
The paints are either too gluey for minute areas or too thin so large areas don’t fill in smoothly, overall not impressed at all. I suspect the picture won’t get finished.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. Great communication. Had a small minor issue with gems but this was very quickly resolved. Would highly recommend and will be definitely using again special shout out to Kaye, who replied quickly and couldn't do enough to resolve issue

Never again!
If it takes more than 4 weeks to receive an order I think it is disingenuous to have UK in the title of the company.
When it finally arrived (after many chases about delivery) it was bent in two, the sheet itself was distored from the bending; it is not fit for purpose.
And as for a refund - if it took more than 4 weeks for delivery I think a refund might be unlikely (maybe that's unfair but.....). I will never buy from them again.

Outstanding Quality and Customer Service from Figured'Art
I’m extremely happy with my experience with Figured'Art. The canvas and paints were top quality — far better than I expected — and made the whole project a pleasure to work on.
I had a genuinely great experience with Figured'Art. The quality of their products speaks for itself, but what really stood out was the customer service. I reached out with an issue and was assisted by Kaye, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Kaye was friendly, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she made sure everything was resolved smoothly and professionally. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this personal and attentive, and it left a really positive impression.

Disappointing
Unfortunately I was very disappointed in this kit. The colours were nothing like the picture I chose from. The paints were not at all good, some were watery and some were goopy. Some covered very well others did not cover after 3 layers. There were 2 sets of 2 colours that were virtually identical. Of these colours there were only about 4 spots of one colour. So obviously they were just put in to make up the numbers. The canvas has a very strange coating that leaves little white dimples all over and some of the paints slide right off. I tried this company as the first one I tried folded the canvas however the paints were much better. I will now try another company. / Have replied to the email, sent pictures as requested but have heard nothing back from them. Have now finished the painting and my hope that the last few paints would be better, dark pinks, have been dashed. They were virtually translucent and had to do many layers and ended up putting blobs of paint over the numbers to cover them.

Excellent customer service
I made a purchase that was shipped from the warehouse, which arrived within the time frame, but unfortunately didn't travel to well and was damaged on its arrival. I emailed customer services with photos of the damage and received an instant acknowledgement with a reply within 48hrs.
I was offered a replacement, at no extra cost, but settled for a refund, which was processed on receipt of my email.
I also sent pictures of the packaging, so they could be forwarded to the warehouse as l felt it was not adequate for sending a fragile item.
Despite my disappointment with my order, customer service was excellent.

Order Problem
I have had problems with an order for diamond painting with Figured’Art UK. The wrong items were delivered. However with patience I have had nothing but exceptional help from Kaye at customer service to resolve the problem and I am pleased to say I received 1 item and 1 replacement [original item was out of stock]. The items received are as good as always and despite the problems I will continue to use Figured’Art in the future.
