I recently bought my 1st canvas, the image was a mushroom with a slug on it, surrounded by grass & ferns.
Most of it was awesome, honestly. The background colors were perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the color breakdown of the mushroom. It ended up looking like a patchwork of colors, none of which came close to the actual color in my original image.

This company provides you with prompt customer service when you have an issue along with a resolution. They provide quality paint and products. I have already purchased two paintings and will be buying more. Definitely recommend.

They are hard to complete...that is what is great about them.
The print on the canvas and the reference sheet would be better in black and white.

I order many. I really only remember the ones and I can't think of any of your products that not happy with.

Very fast shipping. Also, communication is always fast and professional. Love this company!! And really enjoying the painting process.

Love the picture, the colors are beautiful. Here are two things that made the experience not a five star
1. The tubs of paint are really hard to open and close. Others that I have bought have hinged tubs, easier to use and less messy.
2. A reference sheet of the painting was missing. I requested a copy and three times I had a response with a reference sheet of other paintings - so pale that I could hardly make it out.

They fixed an issue and got it corrected. Their paint goes on very well and I just started this project but it will be a family treasure. Special thanks for caring how you're representing small businesses; it makes all the difference from a big business who may not be as invested in satisfaction and an end result.

Numbers impossible to read in places. Canvas was curled so tightly I can’t get it to Un curl. Also need to find a single hair brush for all the tiny sections because my smallest brush still is too thick. That being said paint quality is good and I like how the numbers are red which is much easier to hide when painting over them. Paint covers nicely. I haven’t finished it yet so I can’t speak to the finished piece.

There are a couple of the paints that I’m unable to open. How would I go about getting replacements for those colors?

Absolutely brilliant, only started to do one a few days ago, paint applies easily but I have put it on too thinly in places, just have to go over it again, not a problem. First attempt so haven’t quite got the hang of it yet.

Everything was perfect! While the painting is still a work in progress, I know it's going to be beautiful. The paints, brushes and the personalized canvas couldn't be better.

I have many paintings to choose from in my level category. The ordering is fairly easy. I am in no hurry to receive my order, so when it arrives, it arrives in a reasonable time. Being a beginner I give it 95 percent of being good with the numbers and the last five percent I use my own descretion. I sign them uniquely and give them as gifts.

Rolled canvass, multicolored number sections, best brushes!

The canvas mounted on a board was nice to work with. The quality of the paints was very good. The only caution I would give, is that if the design is very complex, the included brushes are not adequate. I purchased some extra very tiny brushes because the spaces to fill were microscopic. I worked on most of the design looking through a magnifying glass.

I’m having a hard time seeing the painting lines. They’re in a light brown. You have a very nice product but I don’t think it’s worth the extra money.

I would say the one thing I was a little disappointed in was that the picture showed bright, vibrant colors, but the kit had more muted tones. This is the second kit I have ordered. The first one was a great and matched what I ordered. This second one is pretty, but doesn't have the depth of color I was expecting.
