WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD
I am stuck with a item that came form a e-shipping company located in California. After three days of aggravation and research it tracked back to a company called JAXPETY. To further the issue I must communicate with Asia which takes days to get a response and only questions more information, pictures ect.There was no contact number other than a warehouse who only fulfills orders. To complicate there is no invoice or order number enclosed with the package leaving more confusion. Contact with TOBBI directly only resulted in the same situation, we need a order number, we need pictures. I will not ever buy a TOBBI product except maybe thru AMAZON or WALMART. To date I have been storing a large box waiting for a return shipping label which never comes. What kind of shade tree company is TOBBI and its suppliers? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought a Robot Buggy last week. Because It showed up at my favorite bloger's video so I want to get one for my kid! It's easy to assemble and the look is unique! My kid really like it and always bring it when we go out. I think it worth my money.

Difficult and stressful…
The car was very difficult to put together and the instruction booklet was useless. The parts are very cheap and the tire hubs fall off all the time. The lights work sometimes and sometimes they do not. Overall, I was very disappointed.

I order this on July 30 and have not gotten it yet. The child it is for birthday is tomorrow. Worst experience ever with this company. I was told it would be delivered by Friday August 5 . It did not come in 3 to 5 buisniss days,

Wrong person for customer service, issue resolved
The robot arrived faulty, was not working. I noticed the wires was cut. I contacted customer service and it was days of going back and forth just to reach no real solution. I was told to fix it myself. I explained I was scared to because if it's not done properly my daughter will not have any time left to receive it in time for her birthday. They told me that it's easy and to just do it if I want a working robot. So I followed the steps and it still isn't working. I've been trying to reach them again and no I am not getting any response. Before they got a chance to see my review I realized that I got a response that was resolving my issue and making me feel a need to say sometimes it can just be the wrong person working in the company but not the company. Thank you for righting your wrong
