I love the durability and good prices for quality. But the lenses have changed from my original pair. I preferred the brighter filter and the ones I just received are darker. I would like to return but it was final sale.

Good product quality and design. I was thrilled by the variety of vegan bags, and the price was reasonable. Delivery was prompt and communication from the company during the process was appreciated.

I sent an email on June 20th regarding my defective raincoat, and I have yet to receive a response, over 3 weeks later.

Sandals were even prettier in person. Prompt delivery.

The return/exchange process is a hassle. I'm annoyed that I have to pay for the shipping for the exchange of the belt I bought. It doesn't fit because I had to guess at a size since no measurements were provided.

I had a small mix-up regarding the tracking information for my package. I sent an email with the expectation that it would take days to get a response-- if I ever were to get one. Nevertheless, I received a response the very next day with a very clear, helpful answer to my question.

I ordered the Bee Crossbody, and love how it keeps everything so organized and easy to find immediately. I was impressed with the look, so many nice details, especially the adjustable length strap and how well it was done. The “purity” collection pulls off the appearance of quality leather.

Matt and Nat are the only purses I buy. I appreciate the minimalist style and the quality of the products. This purchase is exactly as I expected, great pieces and fast shipping! Thank you!

The “leather” quality has gone way down hill. The shoes I purchased are so stiff and cheap, they’re painful. This was a replacement for a pair I bought a few years ago, when the quality was great, soft and comfortable “leather” — now the “leather” is like a cheap hard plastic, yet the price has stayed the same.

My daughter and I love your products. Just ordered a replacement wallet as the zipper broke on my last one after many years.

Great service, quick shipping, high quality product

I had been searching for quality vegan wallets and handbags for some time and found Matt & Nat a few years ago. I have now purchased a few wallets and bags and find the quality to be exceptional.

I love my new backpack purse. My daughter in law’s mother had gotten a green one and I had to get one for myself.
Just a little disappointed that I couldn’t get green too without paying a higher price.

The bag I ordered came super fast. I love the color and the quality is great. The only thing I would recommend checking is the zipper. With my bag there is a smaller pouch that has a zipper and it tends to get caught when I try to zip it closed.

My daughter is vegan and buys your products-- this was a birthday gift for her and she was very pleased with the quality, etc.
