Received damaged item. Getting a hold of someone is impossible.

Had an app to track shipment, which was a bit delayed updating but item was delivered sooner than expected and was perfect.

Another wonderful product. I have 3 from you now. All unique and beautiful!

Purse arrived damage. Contacted Matt & Nat over a month ago and still have not received a reply.

No response to 4 messages requesting return information.

Terrible customer service, declining product quality, and inflexible return policies are all indication that this store front for Chinese imports is trending downward.

Within hours of using the bag I had purchased, the "leather" began to strip away from the shoulder straps. I then reached out to customer service and over a month has passed with no response. I had higher expectations given the cost of the bag and past experiences with the company.

I received my purchase before I received the email saying it had been sent! Good quality, happy to see nicer vegan products.

My purse broke in less than a week of use. Very weak construction. When I emailed about warranty I received an automatic reply that it was going to be answered in 5 days, and not to write again, otherwise I was going to go to the end the list of emails. It's more than 10 days and no reply back.

I ordered sandals in denim but received them in another color. I sent an email to the company and got an auto response, telling me I would hear from someone in four to five business days. It's been 10 business days and this survey is the only thing I've heard from the company (I initially thought they'd finally got back to me about the wrong order, but no. They also warn you not to write to customer service a second time, or you'll go to the end of the line, so I feel like I'm stuck waiting.)

I love your purses! The recent purchase was the green Serena Hobo Loom. Beautiful ,it's just too small for me and no outside pocket. Please make a bigger crossbody with a zipped outside pocket in different colors.

I recently made an order that was over $300, but I was unable to receive the package because of the required signature. I was out of town and expected to return on the 13th of July to the package, but I had to extend my trip to support an ailing parent, and when I returned on the 19th, I got 1 "Sorry we missed you-We're taking your package to a UPS pickup location" note from my house sitter. I went to the pickup location the first day I could, yesterday, July 20th, and they did not have it. After using the tracking website, I discover that it was Returned to Sender the day before, July 19th.
I am frustrated because I am not used to receiving packages this way, and all my other packages were waiting for me, I also only had one single notice, which my house sitter didn't read closely to see that he could have signed and left the note.
Perhaps you will be able to re-ship the package, but I am hopeful that there will not be a cost.

I received a defective pair of sunglasses with a lense that popped out before I even got to wear them. I've contacted the company twice over three weeks about getting them replaced and still haven't heard back from them.

A perfect birthday gift! My girlfriend was wanting a cross-body bag and already has a few M & N bags… She loved it! Shipped really fast too!
