I got my bag within a couple of days. Love my Sam black bag. It is just the right size for my phone, makeup, hairbrush and small wallet.

I ordered a gift for my mom for mother's day. The measurements online showed that the purse and wallet combo I had picked out would fit together nicely. Upon arrival they did not. When she reached out for assistance she did not receive any help. Finally I reached out for return assistance (where they did finally respond) and they wanted nearly a third of the price to "restock" the item. Crazy and will definitely not be a return customer.

The wallet I purchased is wonderful and is exactly as described and shown in the photographs! The shipping was super-fast to California. I already have 2 matt & nat wallets that I have had for 3 years, and they are still in amazing condition. These products last FOREVER!!!

Simple, easy, and nice looking vegan wallet.

My bag arrived and looks like it’s been left out in the sun for days. The leather is supposed to be brown but it looks white. I messaged customer service over a week ago and I have not heard back

I was very pleased when I bought from Matt/Nat the first time and I’ve ordered 6 times since! Cruelty free and using recycled materials is awesome!

Great quality! So pretty- I love it. Only thing is it says it fits a 13 inch laptop but if you put it in it has to be carefully wiggled in and once its in it warps the bag so I’m using it the long way so it sticks out the top. It’s fine but maybe don’t put that in the description that it fits one bc that’s a reach.

Got an extra of the yellow color wallet that I really like so as to have a backup. Prompt user-friendly website and delivery.

Shoes were not comfortable. I expected mules to feel as comfortable as sneaker shoes, but the upper material caused friction with my socked feet and i have shoe bite.

NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I received a broken wallet and the incorrect purse. What am I supposed to do with these. I will be contacting my credit card company next week to dispute the charge.
