I absolutely love the crossover and wallet. The quality of the material and the classic, minimalistic style. And on sale too! The summer sale is excellent time rack up on Matt and Nat's exclusive designs.

I would not recommend this company. The item I received looked quite unlike what was advertised online, and when I reached out about the discrepancy, company representatives suggested the problem was my computer resolution. It was a disappointing and frankly condescending response.

The wallet is made non-toxic materials (or fairly close to non-toxic). It is well though-out, well stitched, and the vegan leather is thicker with a pebbled texture which adds to the impression that it is very well made. The order and shipping process went very smoothly.

The color is completely off from what was shown on the website, its was not a few tones of a difference, it was completely another color, I thought I was getting red and got pink! I do not wear pink :(
Other than that the material and design are great.

I love my Sam Crossbody bag. The only regret I have is I didn’t get the violet one, because they were out when I finally noticed. so if you see something you like, don’t wait by it.

Love Matt and Nat, they are great bags! Durable and cute. My only wish is that one day they will create anti-theft bags with lockable zippers - there is a huge gap in the market for cute, vegan, travel friendly bags!!!

Ordered a wallet and I immediately emailed to cancel the order..followed up with two more emails and then 1 week later I got a notification my order was about to ship. When I received the package I refused it and had It sent back.. emailed about my refund and no response or refund!! Horrible customer service.

Loved the options and the environmentally conscious nature of the products. The color was not quite true to what is seen on-line, but we all know how hard that can be.
