My order hasn't arrived yet and there has been no communication from you about it...I go to the tracking place and it just says delayed...I'm leaving town at the end of the week and wish I didn't have to worry about this...

I’ve been a very long time customer of M&N and have never not loved every item I’ve purchased. Quality, beauty and a love of animals is reflected in everything they make. This time I purchased a wallet, sunglasses and a cell phone holder-💕 all of them!!!

The product is a lot smaller than expected.

I love the construction of this bag and how comfortably it fits wearing it. The thing that I was disappointed about is how "tight" the inside is. It appears to be roomy, but it's an issue to easily get to what I'm looking for, especially if I'm standing or walking.

Just bought my 3rd Matt and Nat bag. My first one has held up very well after daily use for several years! Love this brand and the quality. So glad to have this amazing vegan option.

I had ordered the Confetti Havana bag/jewelry box and was so excited to receive them. The shipping box arrived damaged (box torn open, dirty, and the bag was damaged across one side. Jewelry box was perfect). I wrote to the care team twice (8.2/8.15), sent all supporting photos and asked to have the Havana bag just replaced (for the same one, as I loved it) and that I would send the damaged one back. I never received a response.

Love the quality and price of the bag, I love this brand, it’s so reliable and stylish. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it was difficult to get in touch with customer service, but I understand if staffing is low. Other than that, I love Matt and Nat!

Company was easy to work with, product shipped on time and as described but is already showing obvious wear and tear after a single use. Would not order again.
