I love my new crossbody! I like that I can use it as a crossbosy or remove the straps and carry it as a clutch for more dressier occasions. The fact that no animals were harmed in making this product and it's environmentally friendly, is a win in my book!

I love their bags! There was some issues with shipping but Amy made sure that everything was solved quickly and eventually i received the bag a week earlier so very nice!

I do love these bags. They’re great quality, and truly last for years. The customer service is always easy and quick, even though they claim it takes longer ;) The only things that I’m not a fan of is how big the backpacks are. I mean some of them are HUGE. Like even awkwardly big for travel. And I wish they had more pockets, besides the little zipper on the inside.

Very well packaged. The purple handbag in real life was much prettier than online, maybe just a computer color difference. I love my handbags, I ordered three.

I ordered both a tote and a small satchel for my first order! Was a little hesitant to order two items until I saw what the vegan leather would look like. I was thrilled with both my items! The vegan leather looks expensive, the colors are beautiful. I got the tote in rose and satchel in flora (pink). The craftmaship is outstanding!! My order came promptly and best of all these bags are cruelty free! Will definitely be buying more from Matt and Nat!

The purses were beautiful when they arrived. As advertised. Great packaging. Arrived in a timely manner. Colors are as brilliant as they appear online, if not better. Definitely my new fave, vegan, go-to purse store.

Love a good sale, and this one didn't disappoint. I got a card wallet, regular wallet, and sandals, felt it was a good deal. The downside is the shipping took incredibly long, far longer than any other brand I shop with.

The purse I bought is very cute. Lovely color, well-made body. I thought from the picture there might be an outside pocket for a phone, but unfortunately no. The zipper is awkward to use, not sure why. My satisfaction-price ratio is thus a little low, but still glad I bought it.

Ordered a 37 cause size chart said it was a 6. Box says7. Tried contacting company and have received no reply. Not a good way to do business. Won’t order from them again. .

The bag is nice but a bit bigger then it looked online, however it will work for what I purchased it for. It did take almost two weeks to get to me though.

I bought a belt that cost $55 and with shipping my total was $70. I got the belt and it was way too small (I bought a small because I normally wear size small). You have to email the returns department before you can return online purchases and I was charged a $12 handling fee. My refund total was $43. This was my first and last purchase from this company.

Customer Service regarding an old credit was outstanding. The items I ordered arrived quickly and the quality is exceptional.

My mistake but I misread your picture and didn't get the design I thought I saw - a zipper pocket detached from both the front and back wall of the purse. I have also found the locking clips awkward to use. As is typical, the shoulder strap is too long for me. As usual, I solved that problem by creating an extra hole.

I've decided that the only way to buy a purse is to see it in real life. It is a great purse otherwise. I like the leather-like feel of it, the look and appearance of it.

I received my bag in the wrong color - because it was a final sale item, I wasn’t sure if I should try to return it. I reached out to customer service by email and didn’t hear back for six weeks! I could find no other way to contact customer service. I waited about 4 weeks before deciding to just use the bag, since I assumed I would not hear back. When they finally did reply, I was told to return the bag - but at this point it was used and I didn’t have the tags. And why would I assume they would resent d the correct color when the whole experience was so botched?

The bag itself it totally fine and seems decent quality, but I will definitely not be buying from Matt & Nat again.
