I bought a pair of heels from this company and they broke within one week of wearing them. I only go to the office and home. Really poor quality for the price.

I love the NANO vegan wallet. It feels nice and everything on it is solid. The cards fit perfectly.

Vegan boots that don’t look or feel like plastic. Plus comfortable right out of the box. I’ve been buying Matt & Nat bags since going vegan years ago, but now I love their footwear too!

Having people email and request a return label is such a waste of time. I’m still waiting for my label. Since it’s super easy to make the return process automated, I’m thinking you all are just indirectly discouraging returns.

You took 5 business days to ship. Not to arrive, just for you to get the package to USPS. Come on get it together! Should be 1 or 2 days max to get something shipped.

Terrible "warranty" process and rude customer service. It's taken 6 months for them to resolve the issue at this point. Will not be a returning customer.

Took awhile to arrive after high price for mailing , smell of belt material not pleasant

Love, love your bags, and all the color choices. What I don’t like has nothing to do with your products, it’s regarding the website. If you click on an item to look at, when you click to go back and keep looking, it takes you way back to the beginning…..and sometimes it’s a long ways away from where you left off. Very frustrating.
But love the bags!

Cliente depuis plusieurs années, je tiens à dire que le service à la clientèle est devenu plus que déplorable. Entre les employés dans les magasins, qui n’appliquent pas les bonnes remises, qui ne savent pas calculer les remboursements correctement, et qui n’y connaissent absolument rien aux politiques de la marque et le service à clientèle du site internet qui ne répond simplement pas aux multiples emails.
Tout cela est extrêmement décevant, et le dernier sac acheté en décembre sera simplement le dernier.

I have three Matt and Nat purses and now just bought a wallet. Two of my purses are at least five years old, and still in great shape! I love the colors that are offered, was happy to get a purple wallet! This is an ethical company, and you can always count on quality and style!

Great products, clear product descriptions and specifications, and easy to navigate website. I did return a couple items as they weren’t quite what I needed but the return process was smooth and prompt. I will purchase more in the future - a great store for vegan products that hold up well!
