I love this bag. I was worried about it being too large, but the size is perfect and the green color is my favorite.

The purse is super cute and stylish, HOWEVER, the zipper is rough and makes it uncomfortable to reach inside.

The website was easy to use and quite thorough. The order came in a timely fashion. The product, intended as a gift, came when promised and is a very nice bag. We liked the vegan aspect of it and it is well-designed.

I had high expectations for Matt & Nat – unfortunately, I was completely let down. After just three days of very careful use, my bag already showed visible scratches and scuffs, even though I had treated it with extreme care. Another scratch even appeared overnight while the bag was safely stored and unused. The material is simply not suitable for everyday use.
Customer service initially stated that the damage was normal wear and tear, not a manufacturing defect – despite the fact that I was able to clearly demonstrate that the damage was not caused by improper use.
After lengthy back and forth, they did agree to accept a return – but only at my own expense, including return shipping to the Netherlands. Customs and shipping fees were not refunded either, even though they made up a significant portion of the total cost.
Since I had read many similar Trustpilot reviews from customers who never received their refunds, I did not want to risk spending even more time and money without being sure I’d actually get my money back.
In the end, I’m left with a defective product, over CHF 150 in losses, and a lot of wasted time – without any usable result.
This was my first and definitely last purchase from Matt & Nat.

Don't purchase unless you live in the same town as shipped from. It cost me double the price because I purchased from the 'international' site which is the USA (a country 36 hrs flight away) and as you know the USA is not a country you want to support in any form or way and cost twice as much as a country 4 hr flight away that I couldn't purchase from. It was not worth it at all and Matt & Nate products will be gone from my list.

I ordered a pair of sandals that turned out to be completely unwearable — the straps were so loose they didn’t hold my foot in place, making it impossible to walk. The product page only listed the sole length, with no information about how the straps fit or adjust, so there was no way to anticipate the issue before ordering.

I contacted customer service and explained the situation, hoping they would cover the return shipping since the sandals appeared to be either defective or very poorly designed. Unfortunately, they refused, citing company policy — even though the item couldn’t be used as intended.

I’m disappointed not only by the lack of transparency on the product page, but also by the company’s unwillingness to take responsibility for an item that fails to meet basic functional standards. I had to pay international return shipping out of pocket for something I couldn’t wear even once.

I won’t be ordering again.

I love Matt & Nat. This time I ordered the TIEN Vegan Crossbody Purse - Vintage - BALLET / OS and the WEBBERSM Small Vegan Wallet - Vintage - PASTEL / OS. The shape of the purse is so cute, and I love the little handle on top. The wallet was the perfect size to fit in the purse.

Product is defective and company is unable to send a replacement and they are still selling it.

The package arrive in 3 days and the crossbody was actually pretty good. I liked the quality of the product. Although I think the zipper could open and close more smoothly but still, overall is a good product

The product feels like paper. I wanted to return it but no one replied when I emailed customer support. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Never buying from this company again.

Pricing shouldn't be different depending on country of order origin. Also, shipping took an extremely long time. I'm still waiting on my order that was supposed to arrive yesterday.

My item didn't work for me, but was good quality, well packaged, delivered timely. They handled my return without issue. All around, recommend this company.

Beautiful bags with great detailing, sustainably-made and almost indestructible! I have many of them. The purses with the pebbled surface look unbelievably like leather. I'm a fan!

My wife has some cognitive issues that make keeping track of her online activity difficult. She ordered several times and you made it easy for me to return what she didn't want and get what she did. She loves the new bag by the way.

Matt and Nat is the best! I am no longer fully vegan but I will always support this brand. Love every product.
