So I ordered the dress when it came back in stock - I had plenty of time for it to arrive for a specific event. I ordered May 6th and it did not ship until I called and followed up on May 11th.....it did not arrive in time. Customer service told me the warehouse was very busy (not acceptable). I love the dress and I am keeping it - but it wrinkles very easy. It is cotton and someone mentioned lining but there is no lining. I was disappointed with customer service and for the price I expect a better quality fabric but I like the deign, pattern and fit.

Clothes are fun and of good quality. Customer service is good too.

I saw this beautiful blue and white printed blouse on Boden. I ordered it according to the size chart. It came in promptly and it’s absolutely gorgeous. It fits well. I’ve worn it and I love it. Can’t wait to order more things from this company. Thank you.

The sizing is accurate and the styles are unique.The quality has been consistently fantastic and the orders arrive predictably fast.

The return process takes far too long. I’m on day 11 waiting for my refund after I received the email stating Boden received by return. It also look very long for the Happy Return to arrive at the warehouse. I most like won’t order again due the lengthy return process.

As I said in my last review,I have been a repeat customer for a few years now. Some people m8ght be put off by the prices but you can buy wirh full confidence in the quality that you are paying for. On the few occasions that ive had to return something...usualky because although pretty, it's unflattering on me....return is easy and worry free and if there are any issues they're addressed Immediately! What is there not to love about Boden! I especially love their happy colors, petite sizing, and their fabrics.....linen, cotton, and silk for scarves! Delivery is quick and returns are easy. Their styles are simultaneously whimsical and classic! AND, they are opening a store in Nashville RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM ME!!! I couldn't be more tickled!

Comparing to my previous experience with Boden, this return took extra long because I chose to use Happy delivery. It took more than 3 weeks for my return. Your warehouse is in PA and I am in NJ, in the old days it only took days to complete a return.
I am hesitant to buy Boden online now.
