Returns are so easy! Quality of fabrics and styles are always high.

It’s always a hit or miss with the quality and the price you paid.

Boden is one of my favorite places to shop online and has been for a decade! The 4 star review is because lately their game is off a bit re: fit, or materials(way too thin). They still have PLENTY of great stuff and returns are easy. They are pricey thus held to a higher standard.

The returns process is long and arduous. I returned the items due to fit and I’m still waiting for it to process. Then they remind you it can take up to 28 days which reminds me to unsubscribe and stop buying from them.

Efficient super easy return process. Ordering was as well.

The petite clothing is completely different than it used to be. The cuts and sizing very big or too small. The petite sizing is not proportionate with the style. Please bring back the old quality and overhaul how you're making the petite clothing. We believe in you!

Great email communication with purchase and status of my order delivery. Had to make a return, and the process was easy.

I needed to return items which were not fitting well, both the same size and a considerable difference in waist size. Returns were easy and quick, thank you.
I do find though that the variation in size makes it difficult to choose which size to order and I do not like ordering two of everything, because that means always sending an item back.

Nice, well made bathing suit but not suitable for my body. I returned it very promptly and has been back in vendor’s possession for 11 days; I’m still waiting for my refund.

Dress is beautiful and fits perfectly! It took a while to ship and that's the only reason I marked it 4 stars instead of 5. I received so many compliments the first time I wore it. Quality is fantastic.

The linen shirt was perfect and the shirt arrived very quickly.

I’m usually a 36 DDD or G after a breast reduction. And a 36 DD swimsuit top fit very well. I wouldn’t say it isn’t true to size. I would say that just in a swimsuit you don’t care as much if you pop out a little bit over the top since you’re not wearing clothes over it. It was very comfortable.

I bought something for a young girl, but I got the wrong size. The bathingsuit was perfectly beautiful, and I wanted to make sure I could get another so I reordered right away.
I did not have the order # to return the first suit, but customer service helped me quickly and completely.

Quality and cut of skirt was excellent

I ordered this dress in navy and love it-with alterations. It's cut is so nice, flattering fit, and good length for 5'8" me. The zipper and eye hook and seams and lining are all lovely. I wore it to an event and it was very comfortable. My problem is that the bodice is wonky-on me. I will bring it to a tailor-not sure if it's the arm holes are to big, or just overall on top, but something is too big. I do not think I could have used a smaller size- though if I had more time before my event, I would have tried that. Or taken to tailor before. It's a beautiful dress, but needed a little alteration for me.
