Beautiful, cheerful clothing.

My wife received the 2 beautiful swim suits that she ordered, but they were too small. The website was easy to navigate for returns, but she didn’t see any option for an exchange (larger size).

The website was easy to use. What I wanted was out of stock and I kept checking daily. I got lucky as my size came back in stock and I grabbed it. I wish there was a way to get notice when your item becomes available. The sandals we cute and comfortable. They are stiff, so I was surprised at how comfortable walking in them all day was. Fast shipping too.

Easy ordering easy returns amazing quality and style!!

I made an order. Due to me being out of town, I chose standard delivery & put my PO BOX. The warehouse erroneously sent the package via UPS & had restrictions where I couldn’t change the address or pick it up at a UPS location. UPS doesn’t deliver to PO BOXES. I called; 1st person didn’t even know UPS didn’t deliver to PO BOXES & was not much help except to tell me they normally send standard w/ USPS. Called again 2nd person refunded my order, re-did my order except 1 specific dress was not available & told me that she would send the order overnight free of charge. That was 3 days ago & now I’m going out of town & don’t have some of the clothes (bathing suit, dress,pants) I was hoping to take. To think I put in the order 2.5 weeks ago & spent over $800 & the 3 tops I received were the ones that came from the UK. And still don’t have $500 worth of my order that is being sent from the USA! Pretty ridiculous.

I love these T-shirts. They have a nice cut and quality. When I first got it I thought it was running a bit large but after a wash it fit perfectly.

Boden still has the best bretons out there! I had not purchased in a long while and was delighted to find the quality and cut of the tees still top notch. Also the items arrived very quickly considering they are in the UK and I live in the back of beyond.

The shirt I ordered did not look like the website pic. The materia was cheap however Boden made the return easy although I am still awaiting my refund!

The quality of the swimwear for both kids and women's is exceptional.

The sizes were a lot smaller than described. I bought a couple sizes up for my son. I bought them for school next year. He can barely wear them now. The nearest return to me is almost an hour away. I’m very disappointed. This was my second purchase from Boden.

Sizes are a bit large for some styles.
It seems that most lengths of the dresses are for tall, slender models.

For a country outside of the US, the delivery times for their products that ship from the UK are remarkably fast!

The dress I purchased fit beautifully, it is very flattering and the pattern is awesome. Love it!

Very chic, great quality.

Unfortunately I had to return the item. I have long legs and a short waist, the seam of the dress hit too high and no matter what I did with the belt it just did not fit right. Reminded me way too much of maternity wear. The material was ok, but I think for the price I was expecting better quality. I have been wearing Boden for almost twenty years and I’m really disappointed that the dress did meet the old Boden standard.
