I am setting up two cocktail bars at my house in France and have received excellent service from Urban Bar. The quality of their glass wear (particularly the Calabrese designs) is fantastic and they also stock a wide variety of Cocktail Kingdom (the US go to Barware supplier) products which has avoided the shipping and large customs costs in buying something from the US. They have a separate EU website which also avoids the post Brexit issues arising from buying from the UK. Customer service is excellent (thank you Sophie Weston) and the icing on the cake was the Mid Century Modern Italian cocktail bar table which was a perfect addition to the house. I recommend them highly

This is the 2nd order we’ve placed with Urban Bar as with the first order we were pleased with the quality and feel of the product and our 2nd order didn’t disappoint.

Can’t recommend urban bar enough. I bought 1910 glasses, it was a very big order for my new bar. They came within 48hrs, updated every step of the way. Two of the stems of the wine glasses were broken, they immediately got back to me & resent 2 straight out. Excellent quality & excellent service would recommend & re order any day. Thank you

I ordered a cocktail kit and forgot to add the discount welcome for new clients, they applied the discount afterwards, which was very professional of them. The package arrived on time and in good condition. Overall, I highly recommend them.

Online chat were able to respond quickly to my enquiry; very pleased to get a discount for a large order; order arrived much quicker than I had expected.

I haven’t used any of the dozen or so items I bought yet, but they look just as classy as the website presents them.
I’ve got some of them on a shelf for all to see, they look that good. Looking forward to using them but so happy with my purchases, which arrived surprisingly quick and were packaged very well.
I’ll be back for the stainless steel straws and I’ve got my eye on a couple of other things.

One of the glasses I bought broke before I even used it and my attempts through email and social media to contact Urban Bar have not received a single response. Instead I've just received a load of 'tell us how we did!' and 'we're so happy to have you as a customer' automated emails. Maybe this review will have them respond.
