Great product, prompt delivery and great service when we found a glass had a chip - it was replaced in a couple of days.

Worthless FedEx freight.
I think they have great products to standard prices but… apx 25$ for freight is ridiculous. (Freight should not be a profit account.)
When buying online you compare the customer experience with buying from Amazon. Basically 1-day delivery free of charge or a smalll fee. Most e-commerce companies live up to this.
But… EU Bar uses FedEx which is totally worthless for consumer deliveries. 10-14 delivery days are common. You receive a date but no time for delivery is given (only between 8 am to 5 pm.) so you need to be home the whole day. Of course the order was made during a Bank holiday which added some days too. Orders from China is faster. If I am not at home, I need to pick up the package at FedEx. Which is a trip of apx 100km…
I recommend that you speed up your internal processes and switch to DHL f eks.

Good quality!
Made an order of the bitter bottles house brand and cocktail Kingdom jigger. Both real good quality. Looking forward using the dasher bottles, they are really beautifull!!

Lovely glasses
I previously ordered some Urban Bar glasses from a third party and they’re my favourite glasses, so I knew they’d be good. I wasn’t disappointed. One of my favourite things about Urban Bar glasses is that they’re so well sized. There’s a tendency for cocktail glasses to be so big that a properly measured cocktail gets lost in them. All four of the designs I ordered are just perfect. They were really well packaged and arrived quickly and safely as well. Very happy with the products and the service. I’ll definitely be back. :)
