Great professionals, when things go well, but also when they seldom don’t.
Great professionals, as usual. Not only when goods arrive in good conditions, but also when some items arrive damaged. Refund or replacement happens swiftly and with great manners during the process. It deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating!

The glasses are beautiful and all I hoped for. Sadly a gin ballon arrived with a shattered stem eventhough they were very well packed and padded. I emailed Urban who got back to me almost immeadiatly and offered replacement or a refund, I opted for a replacement that arrived within a couple of days.
With my experience I cannot fault them as a company and as a final comment the 1910 range are amazing, especially the stemmed beer glass.
I will be using Urban again.

The glasses were very well packed and arrived safely. Urban bar glasses have some of the best designs in the cocktail world imo. Had a great experience with the Urban bar customer support over a minor issue. Would highly recommend buying from them!

I love these glasses, great quality, thin rimmed but a good weight to the glass. They look classy and are lovely to drink out of, good price too!

I’d been looking for some tuah glasses…
I’d been looking for some tuah glasses for a while, saw them on the Urban Bar site for a very reasonable price and ordered them. The dispatch was very prompt and the glasses were with me in a couple of days.

I can see from the tracking that it left our warehouse last Friday, from the Fedex tracking it shows multiple delivery attempts have been made, and the last update this morning shows business is closed.
