Did a great job on a particularly dirty car in some very poor conditions. Unfortunately due to the terrible weather, the car couldn’t be polished, but in fairness, Urban Valet said that they would refund the cost for this.
Very pleased with the outcome even without the polish.

Ellis came to do our family van today. He did an exceptional job as it was disgusting. Ellis was very polite, friendly and most importantly he didn't judge the state of our van 😂. He has done an amazing job, great attention to detail and we will definitley be using him again. I can't upload the before and after photos unfortunately but it looks like a brand new van! Thanks Ellis! 🙌

Ellis came to valet our car yesterday ready for it to be sold. It looks absolutely amazing, it’s spotless! Will definitely use this company again. Ellis was so polite and professional. Highly recommend.

Gareth has been valeting my car for a few years now. He lets me know his arrival time on the day a valet is due and is always polite, chatty, and professional. As a member I have my car valeted each month. Gareth’s work is always excellent, and he ensures my car (which I can be quite precious about) is kept in top shape. A while ago I recommended Gareth’s work to my neighbours, and they have their two cars valeted at the same time as me. Hopefully, we are moving to Ilkley soon and Gareth will definitely be coming with us even if it costs us a few chunky KitKats! Gareth - thanks for consistently doing an excellent job on our car, it is very much appreciated.

After getting my car back from a garage with stained white seats, I was less than hopeful of getting them clean again. Really impressed by the service provided car now in excellent condition thank you! Would recommend!

Gareth has looked after my car brilliantly. Having 2 dogs has caused a lot of muddy footprints which Gareth has always cleaned. Returned car to dealer today and they have said it is in mint condition and that is mostly down to Urban Valet. Will use them with new car going forward

I went for the 'Back to Showroom' standard valet today and all I can say is wow! My car has never looked so good, inside and out, and I would absolutely use Simon's services again. Thoroughly recommended!

The car looks amazing inside and out after Gareth's valeting. I've put it away in the garage and don't want to drive it in case I get it dirty!
